talk about multiposting like a mother huh? what you don;t understand is that the UCHIHA WERENT SUPPOSED TO UNLOCK THE RINNEGAN, that was the whole point in the sage dividing his powers into his 2 sons, the unision of the 2 sons dna creates the rinnegan. its quite simple.. you're just making it difficult to understand for no reason
