jus cause hashi bet madara like over 100 times dont really mean nothing thats like say sasuke is stronger than naruto cause he beat him as a kid naruto could even go three or even six tails lol, but all of the fights between madara and hashi, madara had an incomplete susanoo,AND an under developed eye power(EMS), think about it the body doesnt have steps to go through so all he had to do is grow up, were as, madara had to first awaken his sharingan which really can never happen if you dont try, develop MS, take a MS for EMS, then develop rinnegan...lol when they fought all those yrs they were never on equal terms, madara still had to develop his Bloodline from the SO6P (rinnegan), hashi had no steps to unlock his natural Bloodline power from the SO6P (body).

I beleive that a Senju could also unlock the Rinnegan if they transplant a Mangyeku sharingan to their eyes.
Also Senju are the ultimate clan, Kishimoto already made that extremely obvious and Madara has always put himself below Hashirama's level.
