I knew the replies I would get in this thread would be crazy. xd
Um, no. A god isn't only a title/description for a being who creates. It s also used as an indicator of power, which is the case for Hiruzen.
Troll.
To set some things straight:
The reason why in my OP I brought up Jiraiya's thoughts on Minato, despite him possibly being bias, is because in this case he was most certainly a reliable source. I mean, he was a student of Hiruzen while he was in his prime after all.
Not everyone is affected by old age the same. For example, Jiraiya was in his mid-50s, yet Fukasaku compared his chakra level to Naruto's when explaining things about Sage Mode. Jiraiya aged very gracefully and appeared quite youthful. However, Hiruzen, being about 70, was affected much more negatively. I mean, his chakra rating was a 3/5, and as the ANBU watching noted, it was that he couldn't use more powerful things due to how fast his chakra would have been depleted. And people keep talking about Onoki. Have you guys not noticed he leaves a massive opening in EVERY battle because of his back. And it's not like he can spam Dust Release techniques.
To whomever was talking about bandwagoning, it is actually you who are doing so. You've jumped on the current Hashirama wave simply because we've heard more of what he's capable of, none of which voids past canon.
Exactly, that's because I've seen what Minato was capable of even in his young age, how bothersome it is that's proof for me what someone is capable of, Minato has proven himself and aslong as we don't see Hiruzen in his prime or what he is capable of I don't believe anything of him being the strongest Hokage because neither have we even known something Hiruzen has done, like how Minato has done great things, like how Hashirama ended the wars, like how Tobirama created Edo Tensei one of the most powerful jutsu's.
And a God is a someone to have created everything, you can't call anyone a God in Naruto because Rikudo Sennin has that title, he created the Ninja World and he founded Ninjutsu <- THAT'S what a God does.
I am a pretty annoying guy to argue against (in your eyes) but that's how I am
