Lel ok you got me with byakogou but it doesn't change much. Minato's KCM was only because Kurama let him use his chakra willingly, he never had to tame him in the first place.

But if you notice, Minato couldn't maintain SM and Jiraiya needed frogs help to absorb NE, no matter how strong their bodies are they'll never be able to produce Ashura's feats because they don't have his blood. Minato never used KCM btw, he only activated it and let Naruto use the chakra.
