I don't think Sakura has the capacity/ability to overcome her own inner demons, and no I don't mean her split personality. I mean the hatred and "darkness" she bares within.
Could she face and overcome it as Naruto did whilst training with B? I doubt it.
She's a pretty detestable person, personality-wise. It's rated as a massive achievement/development within the manga/anime whenever she does something half-way decent.
Generally, she's pretty hateful a person. Angry, agressive, mean, cruel, selfish - those traits don't tell me she'd make a good Jinchuriki. They tell me she'd make a terrible one.
Next, all Kurama would have to do is mind**** her by mentioning Sasuke and she'd fold like a wet paper towel. She has zero moxy about her when it comes to that boy, and you don't think Kurama wouldn't take advantage of that?
After all the times she's offered to follow him, forsake everything - her parents, her village, her team, her life - for Sasuke, then why wouldn't she forsake herself as a Jinchuriki for him too?
She's also not strong enough to bare a Tailed Beast... she has no Uzumaki vitality, no chakra chains, no talent for fuinjutsu. There's nothing about her that indicates that she'd be able to be a Jinchuriki, lol nevermind taming the Nine Tails himself.
For Kurama to become "tamed" it would take someone to be all kinds of epic, heroric, brave, selfless, inspirational and filled with a great capacity to love/understand/empathise - all things Sakura are without.
