The man you are talking about "who can create anything" is Jinchuuriki SO6P not pre-jin, he required the Creation of all things after he became tentailed jinchuuriki - thats when he created the moon/bijuus etc...

as far as pre-jin rikuudo, we know he was extremely gifted and powerful, but the only feats we really know about him is that he could use ninjutsu and somehow was able to seal jubi - but being able to seal someone/something is not the same as defeating it/him, we dont know for sure how he accomplished this feat but it doesnt automatically guarantee his invincibility - for a simple reason >> we have no clue what actually happened or how he did it

now Jinchuuriki SO6P is another story, we know he was called a god, created the moon, was able to use creation of all things, ninjutsu negation, bijuu creation, complete elemental combinations etc....

so at the very least pre-jin rikuudo was far less powerful than post jin, meaning he was limited >> meaning he can be killed.

obito nor madara nor nagato are rinnegan masters...why??? because they are not the sage, it is a big misconception that u awaken the rinnegan via senju and uchiha power/dna, when that is wrong both there power originated from the sage himself he is the first he is the source, their dna is watered down 1 sided versions of him, the sage fought and beat the juubi with his own abilities he was born with...obito became the juubi jin only because of the sage's power(the rinnegan and his dna), and like i said they uchiha and senju are watered down versions of the sage...
