Can you show me pre-jin So6p NOT having Yin-Yang? The Sage had this before jin-mode, after he captured the 10 tails he devided it. Are you trying to tell me that Hagoromo went into a battle with the freaking Shinju without something like Yin-Yang - Creation of all things? He just strolled down the street and owned the ten-tails?
Are you claiming Obito didn't have Yin-Yang chakra? Even though he had transplanted the Rinnegan, enabling him to use the Yin-Yang chakra..
On top of that the fact you believe that by simply having Yin and Yang you attain Creation of all things.. is quite flawed. Seeing as Nagato/Madara also had them.
As I said, Manga has shown the only way to attain that jutsu is to become the Juubi's jinchuriki.

If according to the Manga, someone like Obito would've been capable of becoming the Juubi's Jinchuriki, why couldn't a Rinnegan MASTER , with HUGE Chakra become its jinchuriki?
that shit aint hard to do bro and who made it seem hard to accomplish??? anybody can become its host if they have senju dna and a rinnegan...and last i checked senju/uchiha dna/eyes or whatever belongs to the sage, in other words acquiring the sage's dna allows u to accomplish such a feat of becoming the juubi jin so yes it only applies to the sage, he deosnt have to steal his won dna to do it since it his to begin with, everybody else has to get his power to do it
Go argue with Kishimoto if you have something against Obito and Madara also having the ability to become the juubi's jins.
