I came to this discussion to discuss about the effect Rikodou would have on the battlefield..... only to come in at page 5 and see a picture of a ninja ostrich

SO6P is on entirely different level than Madara, Hashirama or Naruto.
Rikudou as Juubi jin was certainly on different lvl, as he was able to divide Juubi creating tailed beasts, and then projected remaining power in the form of moon.
Talking about Pre-Juubi jin Rikudou, even he was above Madara lvl due to many factors.
1. He was the one who invented Ninjutsu and just like someone pointed out since he was the direct child of Kaguya he had higher chakra reserves than anyone else.
2. There is a possibility that he knew about senjutsu, will go in deep in my next theory.
3. He 'defeated' 'complete' Juubi and then sealed it, which take him above Juubito. As juubi that Obito sealed wasn't 'complete Juubi' to begin with and on top of that it wasn't Juubi vs Obito one-on-one fight.
4. He is said to possess many weapons which probably helped him in defeating Juubi(I know few of them he got, after becoming Juubi jin, but others can't be neglected).

If he was able to do that on his deathbed, then he could pull Rinnegan techniques on a massive scale.
