Would Jiraya have received the orochimaru treatment from Itachi

Jiraya can break that!
But he cannot Break Tsukuyomi, because According to the manga, Only an Uchiha can Break that i believe! Besides Itachi does not Use Tsukuyomi A lot, i believe he used it Twice in the day, so he didn't have the stamina to keep up

Alright i See what you're saying, sorry. But think though, Itachi knows jiraiya is skilled. If he really wanted to fight, he wouldn't underestimate jiraiya and use normal genjutsu. I believe there was some chapter where it was stated that itachi likes to end fights quickly, He'd go straigh for tsukuyomi if anything.

Against normal itachi genjutsu, yea jiraiya would break that. But I doubt itachi would under estimate someone like jiraiya and use normal genjutsu... He didn't even try that push over stuff with kakashi who is significantly lower tiered than jiraiya

This is about Itachi's genjutsu up against jiraiya. Jiraiya will not break that. No way in hell jiraiya breaks it. Most people don't even know they're under itachi's genjutsu until after some time.

This isn't Itachi vs Jiraiya where jiraiya will have a chance. Sure jiraiya is better than itachi at taijutsu and has some wicked ninjutsu and sage mode, but what does that help against itachi's genjutsu? One of the best ways for jiraiya to probably break itachi's genjutsu is with sage mode. When will he get time to go into that mode? He takes like 20 minutes.

Sasuke walked up to itachi (sasuke v itachi final battle), he was trapped into genjutsu before he even knew it.

I like itachi, yes. Am i an itachi fanboy? Maybe. But the fact is, itachi's genjutsu is in another class to everyone else's.
Because jiraiya can break kuranai's genjutsu, or sasuke's genjutsu means nothing. That's like him dodging a punch from rock lee (no gates), whereas breaking itachi's genjutsu is like trying to dodge a V2 punch from Ay.

and then slice his head off.

Jiraiya may be able to break out of normal genjutsu, but the problem is that even Itachi's basic genjutsu is not normal

It was Tsukuyomi that he used on Sasuke that day, That's why they had to bring in Tsunade to Heal the Psychological Damage done to his Mind.
And I Am not suggesting that Jiraya will stand up to Tsukuyomi, because we know that he can't.

I am trying to say, if Jiraya and Itachi Fought that day, then Itachi would not have the stamina to use Tsukuyomi on Him, seeing as he is low in stamina, and Tsukuyomi uses a lot of chakra!

But apparently you don't understand what i am trying to Portray!

I can't believe ,after reading the entire manga people still don't get this

Itachi went to konoha for one reason and one reason only, to warn danzo....
he lied his way out of fighting, and retreated, and EVEN THEN, Kisame still knew something was up..
He knew Itachi could easily beat Jiraya with his abilities and was asking for him to go back
