Which morals plays a part. If one is to enforce their morals on others, then at the very least we have a right to question those morals. We are humans after all, and shouldn't be considered not to have our own opinions/morals because a country or another culture thinks we shouldn't.

Police arrived on the scene, and took the woman to the hospital and confirmed she was two-months pregnant. Since she did not have the stolen iPhone on her, the police did not press charges and released her.

I'm going to guess and say that you perceived it the way it was meant, but your thinking only went so far.

Even if the girl thought what she did was right, even if that's her perspective, obviously what she did was wrong, taking from others. The morals of a culture, can they not be wrong simply because many people share that perspective?
