(Suiton: Suigandan) - Water Release: Water Fang Bullet

Description: A technique that deals physical damage to the enemy with a liquid mass brought forth from underwater. Its power to kill and maim is augmented by adding a spinning motion to the compactly pressured water. During fights on water, taking advantage of its characteristic ability to attack from anywhere in a 360 degrees radius, in conjunction with other techniques for distraction, confusion and so forth, this technique has an extensive array of applications.
Note: Requires a water source.

Alright, this is actually a very nice technique. If you are fighting over water, you can use it very well in your advantage. So, when you are in a water surface, you will use the water around your enemy to poke out slowly as it rotates inward in on itself. It will create in a way little drills of water which rotate. These drills can be used perfectly right below the enemy and pierce their legs either limiting their movements or completely kill him if you aim for necessary organs. So, the best combos for this would be if you throw your enemy into the water or if you are fighting someone over the water just as I told it before. It has a very simple principle.

Suiton: Kirigakure Shiryoku Hakudatsu) - Water Release: Hidden Mist Eye Sight Deprivation

Description: Using the hidden mist jutsu the user reflects the natural light an a way that it blinds there opponent temporarily as long as the opponent is in the mist.
Note: Must have already used hidden mist jutsu

This technique can only be used after the hidden mist technique. So you will first use the hidden mist technique. Now you will effect the mist there and allow it to reflect the light which come from the sun. With this technique you generate so much light, you can blind your enemy fully. So...you should be very careful when you use it. In mose cases you will be inside the mist as well and it can blind you very well. Also the mist can be blown away too so that you wouldn't be able to use it very well and efficient. I really dislike most techniques when you need to have another tech prior to that, but I will leave the rating to you.

(Suiton: Suishōha) - Water Style: Water Shock Wave

Description: This technique allows the user after clapping their hands together to make a spiraling vortex of water to form around them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner. The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.

Alright, this is a very nice technique. You will clap your hands together and create a very large torrent of water right before you. This torrent which is an inwards rotating vortex of water, can be shot in form of a wave right towards your opponent. It rampages around your target and fully kills him just because of the blunt force that it deals. It is a very quick technique and if used together with lightning you can even deal shocking damage to your enemy. Another thing I would consider very good, is the fact that this technique can be used either as a C rank or B rank.

  • Given that it requires water supply around for use and only quite excellent on a water surface I don't think I'd use this anytime soon. The disadvantages are already addressed so forth and given the application it has for drilling into the opponent it probably the only reason why it is a C rank jutsu. I can imagine the size of the whole water bullet (mid range limit is area) only if one could create it without having to need more water supply around.

  • Coming from another jutsu altogether is..is...annoying...the dependable aspect of it lends the whole jutsu into a predictable battle concept. When I see another person try this I will do the best I could to remove the tracks before the whole train starts rowlin. Disadvantaged and deprived by having origin, but the whole jutsu is quite a mess as it leads to puzzle or maze of 'who is there and where is' fun aspect to use if your weak and wanna survey the options of escaping... Overall, meh.

  • Woah! I wish that's all I needed to say. This whole jutsu is more like the chidori famed. I will start with the bad, pros of this jutsu are suicide to the fails. Erm...eh...oh I got one, it wouldn't be wise to use inside a room that is closed off...basic common sense with how to fail using this jutsu...like not knowing the ranking difference between elements etc. Tell me if I missed something about this jutsu. :cool:

(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

One of my personal favorite techniques. You will weave a large set of handseals and when you are done, you will use the water present in a battlefield or in the clouds, to fall down as rain. Now...this Rain is not a normal one as it is tied to the users senses. You would be able to feel the clash of every rain drop creating a map of the area around you. You will deduce the enemies that are not visible because of the usage of the the invisibility technique, or are hiding behind a tree or in a branch. Though, if the enemy is not being hit by the rain, so if he is in a cave, you won't make out the position. The reason why you can deduce the enemy in the first place, is by having weird shapes of the terrain, which are very human like. If that property is missing...you would be blind like a mole.

(Suiton: Suirou No Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Prison

Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare → Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.

Another personal favorite. You will make certain amounts of handseals, and extend your hand before you, almost touching the enemy. Then you will either spit the water out, or you will use the water present in the battlefield (if you are standing over water) and shape it into a sphere around the enemy. This sphere is special though...not only will it prevent the enemy from breathing. But the fact that it is so dense, it won't allow the enemy to move either. The only downsides visible are the fact that you need to keep a hand inside the sphere. A trade off that I am ready to make.

Description: The user can freely transform his body into liquid. This form allows him to avoid taking direct damage from many physical attacks but can not attack while in this form.

This techniques is a weird one. But it will prove itself very handy. So...you will use this technique whenever a physical attack ill come at you. Mostly in cases when the enemy throws a weapon, or small earth projectile. You will replace your entire body mass with water. The replacement is very quick and the jutsu might seem very strong itself...but you need to be very careful. Because if too much amount of water is lost, or if it is evaporated with fire...you will certainly die.

(Suiton: Suishū Gorugon) - Water Release: Powerful Blasting Rain Trench

Description: The user after performing Dragon → Tiger will summon a large amount of water that will then be used to strike at the opponent in several versatile ways. It has been known to transform it into a dragon with a gaping mouth to attack. The water used will be stationary till it is sent offensively toward the opponent.

Not a bad water technique. I myself didn't understand this very well but...it is one of the most versatile techniques in existence. You will release the water from your mouth after performing 2 handseals. The amounts of water will be very large, but the use cases are brilliant. You can shape the water in almost whatever way you want. It has been shaped into a dragon once in the anime movie. Use it however you see most fit.

  • I'm sure you as well figured the name is quite redundant, given that common symbolism for the tiger is: willpower, personal strength and courage; shadow or part of you that you would normally try to hide or reject(almost made sense till, I figure that this jutsu does to opposite and no, that's not the at 'will' part)...also aggression or anger directed at you or felt towards someone; Unpredictability in life, actions or feelings, etc. While I rant about it's name I also have a true neg towards it. That would be "the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses" uh, no..why..this makes me feel,smell,see, taste and hear? If so, I'd use this only in desperate times and while I was thinking of Elemental mixing I don't see how ration would feel any good or delicious. :/ It has a plus for keeping it rainin'.

  • Hm...ok, it has some sure backup stated, though it mounts to nothing as if the user has master ration they can capture something like kinda of a pokemon-like. It has applications to multi-use in the suiton world, like ex; clones, underwater, incoming-C-rank-fireball-resistance-self-prison. Which is 4.5/5 in my book. Meanwhile...They hold onto it and hopefully that pokemon isn't a taijutsu user or stronger(physical)/ can over expand. If on one side they emit ration into the prison kabam! Given that the user isn't ration specialist and not mastered...well "pikachu"...that's all I got. *I like this jutsu(...sadly Ikiru can't learn it for keeps, bio-goals).*

  • ^^This is known well from one of the buddies of Lord Sasuke, anywho...I have to admit that I like this one more than any of the water jutsus I've seen...*so-far*..given how quick it's easy to change forms I bet as your in water you can't die from any attack...of like when your in the mist...dang that's hard to kill as you'd easily reform lost waster from the mist :rage: I wonder if mixing ration would this be fun to touch. While one becomes water they actually risk it even more if not tactful enough to evade a fast paper bomb tag attack or similar like spreading jutsus that splatter. I noticed this doesn't give the option of free limb sectioning..*sigh* oh well...

  • Sh!tty name, I had to clear that. It's 'water jutsu meets art' and however you see it fit, I find that I'd use this to send a Di*k as a form of attack so my opponent could soak up in ways not pleasing...XD While it's versatile, it's stagnant in the beginning stage until entitled to attack...mostly I find that this jutsu is able to fool play someone into thinking that it's a____ or it's a_____...etc.

This technique is one shown in the series. You will begin with making one simple handseal and slam your foot into the ground. You will manipulate your chakra, and release it through your foot. And the chakra, turned into a jet. This water jet can slice through rock like butter and is certainly strong enough to dismember an enemy easily. You can use it in combos along side with movement limiting techniques or sight limiters.

This technique is not bad either. It will begin with you charging water chakra inside your body. Compress down the chakra into a small sphere like shape, forming quite literally a bullet. Then you will spit it out, chakra empowered release so it will be quick enough to be very similar to an actual bullet. Still very much traceable though, it has enough power to even pierce through defenses of earth, that without breaking the elemental interaction rules. You can use it in combos just like the technique above.

(Suiton: Seibun Hōfutsu) - Water Style: Water Heavens Convergence

Description: After performing the required hand signs Tiger → Dog → Monkey → Snake → Boar → Tiger the user makes water rise from the ground and they can use this water in various ways. They can create a body of water for a water summoning to be encased in and allow them to move around where normally no water exists, or create a body of water to block incoming attacks or surround his target and then drown them.

Not a bad technique either. You will perform a sequence of handseals and charge your chakra from below. All the chakra now turned into water, will slowly rise up from the ground. This water now, can be used in so many ways, it is frightening. You could shape it up into many forms, like creating a larger water body, creating streams, projectiles, shaping it up into a whip, or make a shield. This is one of the most versatile techniques, so even combo wise, you have tons of possibilities.

Now, this technique can only be used when you are inside a large water source, like a lake or a large river. You can use your chakra behind you to move through the water at quite a high speed, but it can even mask your presence. Being purely supplementary, I can't say much more about it.

  • It's one direction attack move, quite easy to evade and with limited range of attack. Could kill someone if they decide to not move...overall I'd use this if an earth element (elemental interactions kept in mind)/ Fire element attack came froth/ anything that comes toward me and not standing still or running away.

  • Could be shot multiple times (Rank split) and also is a stream. Not much of faults, thou I find that I would use this to capture my opponent in one direction.

  • The head-seals could slow and limit the user when facing the samurai, while other than it being a gaara's sand with infinite techniques it is limited. Probably the best of the water jutsus ever made as it's applicable to many forms and element combinations...while I can only imagine what I can't do...so I can say this jutsu could be used however the users imagination limits them.

  • Erm, Swim, swim. Well this had the most useful aspect that is to be partially mask the users presence. ^^While is had no hand seals, you're limited to how far you can go(15 meters) and requires a formidable source of water.

(Suiton: Suihachi) – Water Release: Hand of waves

Description: The user will produce a fairly powerful jet of water from the user's hand.

The description of this technique is very vague, but this could be negative just as positive. Alright, you will simply extend your hands and shoot out a powerful jet of water. This is it....You can use this technique fairly fast, giving you a time frame advantage. Another one would be since the jet is powerful, it can even deal raw damage on the user if it hits him directly. If I were like you, I would hit the legs or arms, and not the center of the body, since you need to have enemy in a weakened state for the rest of the battle. Another one would be countering attacks of fire, or anything else.

(Suiton: Suishi no Jutsu) – Water Drowning Technique

Description: After waving the Boar → Dog → Horse → Tiger hand seals, the user will gather a large amount of water to form a large spiraling stream of water. It can be guided to strike a target in a number of angles.
Note: Requires a nearby water source.

This technique begins with making 4 handseals and focusing on a water source which is nearby. You will then guide the large amounts of water, so spiral and lift from the water source, heading for the enemy in a number of directions which entire depend on you. Now...the size of the spiral would I think be very much enough to surround the enemy, and force would be high enough to shatter bones. If I were you, I would hit from a number of angles depending on the situation at hand. This technique now is rather weird to be honest with you, but it is how it is. You will perform 3 handseals, and create a thick, black, flammable mist. The reason it is flammable, is that it is very oily to the touch, and the mist, can more in form of a cloud, above the enemy and then spread out evenly. Best use cases would be when you want to fully restrict the movements of the enemy, or if you want to force him towards a direction. Another good usage would be if you throw him towards the cloud with any other pillar technique, which would pretty much...force him into the trap.

The description of this technique is very vague, but this could be negative just as positive. Alright, you will simply extend your hands and shoot out a powerful jet of water. This is it....You can use this technique fairly fast, giving you a time frame advantage. Another one would be since the jet is powerful, it can even deal raw damage on the user if it hits him directly. If I were like you, I would hit the legs or arms, and not the center of the body, since you need to have enemy in a weakened state for the rest of the battle. Another one would be countering attacks of fire, or anything else.

You will then guide the large amounts of water, so spiral and lift from the water source, heading for the enemy in a number of directions which entire depend on you. Now...the size of the spiral would I think be very much enough to surround the enemy, and force would be high enough to shatter bones. If I were you, I would hit from a number of angles depending on the situation at hand. It can be used to attack the enemy from above, to force him move, it can be used from the side, to force him towards one special direction. Or it can be used to stop fire attacks incoming. On the other hand, because it changes the environment on a large scale, it also has the effect of hiding one's location from the enemy by confusing them. The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.

This technique is not an offensive technique, so the usages for battle are very limited. You will perform 3 handseals and in a location of your choice, you will create veins of water and control the water to go towards a certain location. Since it is mostly use in areas with an attitude change, you will be creating a waterfall, which could very well be use for meditation or relaxation. But as I said, the usages for battle are existent, and it could be very well to give you an applicable source of water quickly. Also the water reshapes and uses the terrain to give you chances to hide from your enemies. The sound itself would be very useful to even mask movements, so don't be fooled by the fact it can't be used purely offensively, in the right hand, this becomes a very powerful weapon.

This technique is not a bad one either. What I want you to do now, is to make a water close. Now force a change into your water clone, dissolving him back to water and then manipulating the water into 4 projectiles shooting at your enemy. This technique is a pure offensive one, and you could very well find yourself using it in combo. Don't forget that positioning can be a really good friends, like having the projectiles attack at the enemies blind-spot. Another one would be masking the field of attack efficiently with the hidden mist technique. The sky is the limit.

(Suiton: Mizu Yashiken no Jutsu) - Water Release: Water Palm Blade Technique

This technique is a combo, so you will need to have a correct usage and knowledge of Taijutsu as well. When you are close to the enemy, you will hit him with a couple of punches and kicks, directed to him from low with the intention to raise him up. Once he is in position, simply swing one of your arms in an arc, creating a blade of water, which can cut cleanly through the enemy. This is advantageous since the enemy won't be able to fully realize what is happening and have problems with the attack himself. But, it can only be problematic if you enemy is a Taijutsu professional. Analyze the situation, use it when it feels necessary.

  • Covering the sound of your steps and giving you great amount of water to use. Well, I just look at that and its a plus, as well the constant streaming to overflow the area. I find little mistakes that could amount to this jutsu being a problem. I'd use this just with katon to create heavy steam that could cover the area. If this was used against me, then in regards to the amount of water I make use of it by streaming raiton, turning the area into a electric field.

  • The idea of catching the enemy off guard with this is very attack is massive. I like it as it could surprise them when they attack it. If I was to use this, I'd preform it with illusions so when they attack it could be a trap not be. Meanwhile on the matters of weakness, I don't seem to find any at the mere moment...while if used against me. I'd make use of the water by using another water jutsu at add more water to me.

  • The ideal of taijutsu within the jutsu, is limiting as you have to be really good at combat or not be lower than your opponent in form of taijutsu. Thou if one manages to perform it, it simply leaves the enemy in a weaker position. While in regards to then musing on me, I'd not even allow a taijutsu or anyone get any closer to me. So this jutus used on me won't ever happen. While me using, that won't happen either which is due to me not getting closer to my enemy.

You will simply collect water chakra below your target, and at will you will rise a pillar of water to literally push them above at quite a high velocity. A very simple technique if you ask me, and you can use it on yourself as well to either evade or cross a distance quicker. As I said, this technique is famous because of magnitude of ways that it could be used. You can move your enemy when he is working on a technique for example. You could also put them into locations and positions you need to, like push an enemy away or bring him closer to you. As I said, many possbilities, use them however you see fit.

This technique is another rather broad one, but it can be proven useful in many cases. You will make one handseal and generate water around one of your arms, doesn't have to be your right one. Now, by thrusting your arm forward, the water detaches from your arm and continued forward as a projectile with a huge amount of force, able to push your enemy quite a few meters behind. This technique can only be used in short range, so it might prove useful to create distance between your enemy. Another good usage would be countering fire attacks, but which don't cover too huge of an area. Rank aside, the description is just more important sometimes.

This is quite a nice technique if you are lazy and don't want to run. You will charge water chakra beneath you, and ill create a moving body of water which will carry you forward towards your enemy at quite a high speed. Once you are close enough you will hit your enemy with a number of sword slashes. Now...I don't like this technique a lot because it is a rather simple action which can be done through moving yourself, or other means of movements. But hey, the technique is available so you could just use it fairly well yourself. I am not sure though whether the movements of water are faster than running speed, I will be sure to check.

I like the jutsu and find that it's worth having, this very jutsu makes me rethink of my character limiting himself to only using water jutsu. I even have to rethink on it." Right at the very end, I find that this jutsu is used with another and surely it's nice given you've made yourself above the target as your coursing toward them to be slashed. I don't like it, I'd prefer to avoid it altogether. Combination are solely sution to enhance how so ever the attack, but if used against me, I'd take the advantage of one approaching me. At the end of the day, Doton is still the jutsu I'd use to counter." Ikiru makes his near a river, surely he could walk to the other side no prob. He just creates a moving body of water beneath him that travels towards the other-side carrying the him. Landing he looks for a stick, *waam-wam* he slashes.

(Suiton: Amesuikōha) - Water Release: Rain Water Shark Wave

Description: Kisame slams his hand on a puddle, creating a few water sharks, which rush towards the target. Should they be attacked, water that composes the sharks simply reforms into smaller sharks, creating raindrop-sized water sharks that are still quite capable of inflicting damage.
Note: Second attack counts as one the moves per turn

This technique is a fairly nice one, shown by Kisame. You will slam your hands only when you and your enemy are on a water source, but it can be as small as a puddle of water. Once you touch the ground, you will affect the water, and shape them into sharks which dash towards your enemy. If those sharks are attacked by a force which shatters them like small wind projectiles or earth projectiles, the water from the shark will simply reform into smaller sharks, which can be as big as raindrops. This can be very useful in tricking your enemy as if they defeated the shark, but understand that if the enemy stops the sharks with a far more overwhelming attack, they won't reform. Like making an S rank fire attack, or B ranked earth....it will simply completely shatter and destroy them. You can use this technique efficiently with many more either masking the sharks, stopping enemies movements or simply using it in a supplementary faction distracting the enemy. The choice is, of course yours.

(Suiton: Nagareru no Muchi) - Water Release: Flowing Whip

Description: The user first kneads chakra in their mouth and then, placing their hand on their mouth expels water in the form of a whip which they use to lash their opponent, sending them flying backwards.

You will now charge chakra inside your lungs and place one hand before your mouth. Expel the water and then quickly shape it into a whip, which you will throw towards the enemy, either wrapping around them and pulling them somewhere or simply causing raw amounts of damage. The whip can be useful as you don't need to rely only on weapon control, but also chakra control since the chakra and movements can be manipulated. Another cool usage would have been sending the enemy into places which you need them to be to win the battle, like moving them instantly towards an attack of a friend, or even moving them towards your own attack, as you instantly deactivate it and form another attack. This can also give you ideas for further improvements, so think about it.

Description: The user condenses water vapour in the air above them to generate multiple projectiles of water which shoot at their target with a great amount of force and speed. The user can also shoot a barrage of small water projectiles directly from the swing of their hand.

This is not a bad technique either, a rather very effective one, and with an endless potential to continue improving from it. You will collect humidity and water from the surrounding environment and with the swing of your hands, you will send water projectiles, similar to droplets of rain. There will move at a very fast speed and generally are very hard to track. You can defend against them though with very wide range attacks, which will block their pah like wind or maybe earth walls capable of stopping them. Using them in combinations it would work best with motion restrain, or directing the enemy into the location you intend. The choice is yours.

Description: Kisame slams his hand on a puddle, creating a few water sharks, which rush towards the target. Should they be attacked, water that composes the sharks simply reforms into smaller sharks, creating raindrop-sized water sharks that are still quite capable of inflicting damage.
Note: Second attack counts as one the moves per turn

This technique is a fairly nice one, shown by Kisame. You will slam your hands only when you and your enemy are on a water source, but it can be as small as a puddle of water. Once you touch the ground, you will affect the water, and shape them into sharks which dash towards your enemy. If those sharks are attacked by a force which shatters them like small wind projectiles or earth projectiles, the water from the shark will simply reform into smaller sharks, which can be as big as raindrops. This can be very useful in tricking your enemy as if they defeated the shark, but understand that if the enemy stops the sharks with a far more overwhelming attack, they won't reform. Like making an S rank fire attack, or B ranked earth....it will simply completely shatter and destroy them. You can use this technique efficiently with many more either masking the sharks, stopping enemies movements or simply using it in a supplementary faction distracting the enemy. The choice is, of course yours.

Description: The user first kneads chakra in their mouth and then, placing their hand on their mouth expels water in the form of a whip which they use to lash their opponent, sending them flying backwards.

You will now charge chakra inside your lungs and place one hand before your mouth. Expel the water and then quickly shape it into a whip, which you will throw towards the enemy, either wrapping around them and pulling them somewhere or simply causing raw amounts of damage. The whip can be useful as you don't need to rely only on weapon control, but also chakra control since the chakra and movements can be manipulated. Another cool usage would have been sending the enemy into places which you need them to be to win the battle, like moving them instantly towards an attack of a friend, or even moving them towards your own attack, as you instantly deactivate it and form another attack. This can also give you ideas for further improvements, so think about it.

Description: The user condenses water vapour in the air above them to generate multiple projectiles of water which shoot at their target with a great amount of force and speed. The user can also shoot a barrage of small water projectiles directly from the swing of their hand.

This is not a bad technique either, a rather very effective one, and with an endless potential to continue improving from it. You will collect humidity and water from the surrounding environment and with the swing of your hands, you will send water projectiles, similar to droplets of rain. There will move at a very fast speed and generally are very hard to track. You can defend against them though with very wide range attacks, which will block their pah like wind or maybe earth walls capable of stopping them. Using them in combinations it would work best with motion restrain, or directing the enemy into the location you intend. The choice is yours.

"...this has great advantage as it can be hard to dodge in close range, while I dislike the element I find this very jutsu quite useful. Though it counts as 2 moves I from what I've read, am I wrong. Besides that I don't see more disadvantages as it's use is indeed perfect. If it was used on me, I'd used fuuton to misdirect the attack. Combine with it with a mist jutu and it surely is hard to stop/block.

I'd combine this with fuuton to even heighten the speed. If used on me, I'd used doton to shield myself from the attack. Nice jutsu overall, but not my type to use."

Otherwise, I would suggest you forget about it. It is simply too much.

  • While it's quick with the capability to be utilized in-conjunction with another jutsu, and can help you in close range combat not needing of another water source this makes good water source altogether. Though it could be mis-directed by a tai user which is a fault of this jutsu. Many combinations can be formulated from this jutsu, given it comes from the hand this implies taijutsu use and many more. If used on me I'd counter with doton, using a boulder. My point of view of it, is that it's rather a smart jutsu but indeed situational. Ikiru conjurers up suiton, then releasing it after performing the handseals toward the sitting peins at a distance who were drying in the sun.

  • Strong in terms of overwhelming the subject with shear water force that can surely kill the victim. Handseals being it's weak points if your aren't a water specialist. Fuuton Combinations with this jutsu could prove promising as one can do much with the bursting force of the stream by even enforcing it. The current that requires a stream of water limits this jutsu, but as a water user, the forming of it wouldn't be much of a stress. If used on me, I'd prepare to be overwhelmed so using the strongest katon jutsu possible to create steam. My point of view of it, it's an amazing jutsu that is selfish to it's name. Ikiru making the long string if handseals while molding suiton then expels huge quantity of it through his mouth bursting out in a form of a dragon devouring all within it's path.

  • Prefect for catching and restricting the opponent from moving into places. Depending on the user, this can have easily no weak points. Ration combinations, I could have the enemy shocked and unable to move. If used on me, I'd ignore it and go straight forward to attacking the opponent. My point of view of it is that it's worth knowing. Ikiru molds suiton chakra then after making his handseal he summons water from his mouth into an orb that impales all things in range.

The leg will be sending water release chakra to the ground and at will you will release a jet of water which rushes through the ground powerful enough to sharply cut through rock like butter. The jet of water is very fast and it can reach up to mid range, It can be used perfectly to stop terrain manipulation or stop the enemy from molding handseals or moving forward towards you. The idea is using it in combos, so be careful and aware there.

  • "Powerful jutsu and ideal in close range combat, when lunched the enemy has to at most dodge or counter with stronger force, which is something that has to be done in our Rp. When used on me, I will simply harden myself with an earth jutsu. I like the jutsu for it's simplicity, one handseal is quick and smart. I'd mix this with ration to give it way to cutting just about anything." Ikiru then molds suiton stomping the ground then releasing the chakra through creating the swift slicing water stream that cuts the tree in half.

I'd use katon to overwhelm this attack creating a suited mist for doton wouldn't do much counter of it. I don't like this jutsu, personally." Molding suiton he makes the handseals forming a stream of water that shapes into a snake-like torrent that envelopes the trees then forming into a river thenafter.

I find it has range limit of control, given the water attack that captures them. I don't like it as it's just a more description of the original. If used on me, I'd use doton to change weight and escape then after, I'd combine this just with ration or doton changing weight of the water making it impossible for them to do much about it." he forms suiton chakra commanding/ creating near by water to shroud the enemy(trees) without having to be connected to it.

Description: After waving the Dragon → Tiger → Rabbit hand seals, the user creates a big jet of water that is launched from their mouth. This technique works exceptionally well with Lava Release: Quicklime Congealing Technique to help it become like cement.

This technique is a simple one, though it can be useful nonetheless. You will make 3 handseals, and from your mouth, release a big jet water, which can travel up to mid range. This technique could work good against a counter to basic fire techniques, or if you wanna be more creative, use it with a lava release technique to form a cement like material, which is able to fully hinder movements of the enemies. I am not sure what else can be said for this. Very generic, very easy to understand.

(Suiton: Haran Banshō) - Water Release: Stormy Blockade

Description: The user will slam their hands against then ground allowing him/her to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.
Note: The water needs to be summoned at least 10 meters above the opponent to have any real effect.

This technique is more something I like, not because of the raw technique itself, but because of the possible potential it might carry in the jutsu creation department. You will slam your hands into the ground, as if you are using and earth technique. This might confuse the enemy enough thinking the attack will be an earth based attack, so he needs to be on alert to anything below him. But, the attack is not even earth, and it comes from the sky. The humidity in the air, you will attract it to create large amounts of water over the enemy, and drop them, in form of a strong shower. The water which will come down, will be so high in mass, and so accelerated, that it will feel like concrete. It will crush whoever is down there, and the range is excellent as well. This could work well with summons as well, breaking and killing weaker ones, or weakening and slowing down, the strongest summons. It is a very nice technique, use it wisely.

(Suiton: Mizugakure no jutsu) - Water Release Hidden Amongst Water Technique

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra and then blend in with a water source to be undetected by the enemy for a short period of time. However Sensory Ninja and Doujutsu users can find the enemy easily within the water source.

This technique is a weird one, because objectively thinking, it is in a sense or another entirely worthless. You will be able to change your chakra signature, when inside bodies of water...to hide your presence inside of it. Your chakra flow, will mimic the currents of the body of water, and in a sense one become with it. But, this is the weird thing...sensory ninja and doujutsu users can make you out without a problem. It is a weird because even if you were in a large body of water, a person who can't sense, will likely not be able to find you anyway. The real danger comes from your own chakra, so, it should help against sensor, or doujutsu....but there, it doesn't do that. If you ask me? Pointless...though I am forced t teach it, so here you go.

(Suiton: Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave

Description: The user performs the snake hand seal and creates a large volume of water from their mouth spilling it toward the ground and lifting them up into the air. The user can also ride the wave, allowing him to travel at high speeds and attacking the enemy. The user can create a small ocean worth of water even in barren conditions and can use the water for additional techniques.

This is actually a very nice technique. You will accumulate large amounts of chakra in your lungs and make one simple handseal. Then, you will release the chakra from your mouth, in form of water below you. The amounts of water are huge and once released, you can manipulate it fairly well. The recoil will push you into the air, the the attack will continue in form of wave before you. This water is fast and the amounts of it are humongous as well. /so, you can use it to stagger huge summons, blocks paths, or simply wash away more than one enemy. Also the huge range allows you more versatility in the usage. This is about it.

Description: After waving the Dragon → Tiger → Rabbit hand seals, the user creates a big jet of water that is launched from their mouth. This technique works exceptionally well with Lava Release: Quicklime Congealing Technique to help it become like cement.

This technique is a simple one, though it can be useful nonetheless. You will make 3 handseals, and from your mouth, release a big jet water, which can travel up to mid range. This technique could work good against a counter to basic fire techniques, or if you wanna be more creative, use it with a lava release technique to form a cement like material, which is able to fully hinder movements of the enemies. I am not sure what else can be said for this. Very generic, very easy to understand.

Description: The user will slam their hands against then ground allowing him/her to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.
Note: The water needs to be summoned at least 10 meters above the opponent to have any real effect.

This technique is more something I like, not because of the raw technique itself, but because of the possible potential it might carry in the jutsu creation department. You will slam your hands into the ground, as if you are using and earth technique. This might confuse the enemy enough thinking the attack will be an earth based attack, so he needs to be on alert to anything below him. But, the attack is not even earth, and it comes from the sky. The humidity in the air, you will attract it to create large amounts of water over the enemy, and drop them, in form of a strong shower. The water which will come down, will be so high in mass, and so accelerated, that it will feel like concrete. It will crush whoever is down there, and the range is excellent as well. This could work well with summons as well, breaking and killing weaker ones, or weakening and slowing down, the strongest summons. It is a very nice technique, use it wisely.

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra and then blend in with a water source to be undetected by the enemy for a short period of time. However Sensory Ninja and Doujutsu users can find the enemy easily within the water source.

This technique is a weird one, because objectively thinking, it is in a sense or another entirely worthless. You will be able to change your chakra signature, when inside bodies of water...to hide your presence inside of it. Your chakra flow, will mimic the currents of the body of water, and in a sense one become with it. But, this is the weird thing...sensory ninja and doujutsu users can make you out without a problem. It is a weird because even if you were in a large body of water, a person who can't sense, will likely not be able to find you anyway. The real danger comes from your own chakra, so, it should help against sensor, or doujutsu....but there, it doesn't do that. If you ask me? Pointless...though I am forced t teach it, so here you go.

Description: The user performs the snake hand seal and creates a large volume of water from their mouth spilling it toward the ground and lifting them up into the air. The user can also ride the wave, allowing him to travel at high speeds and attacking the enemy. The user can create a small ocean worth of water even in barren conditions and can use the water for additional techniques.

This is actually a very nice technique. You will accumulate large amounts of chakra in your lungs and make one simple handseal. Then, you will release the chakra from your mouth, in form of water below you. The amounts of water are huge and once released, you can manipulate it fairly well. The recoil will push you into the air, the the attack will continue in form of wave before you. This water is fast and the amounts of it are humongous as well. /so, you can use it to stagger huge summons, blocks paths, or simply wash away more than one enemy. Also the huge range allows you more versatility in the usage. This is about it.

  • "Strengths come from the fact you can use this to defend yourself and/or attack the opponent and also overwhelm. Weakness could be it's range as it's limited to mid-range and also can't be used for short range. Combinations, would be lava slime or raiton wave release to numb your victims. If it's used against me, I would use katon countering for doton isn't something I'd use in this instance. I like it, given no other choice I'd have to use it." When he was done with the chit-chat about the jutsu he stands, Ikiru molds suiton and then performs the handseals needed, streaming out a jet of water toward a tree where one of the Pein had peed.

  • "Strengths would be it's height or areal advantage while as well the instant undoing. Given the confusion of action it takes to summon the wave, it leaves them in a daze wondering if it will be an earth jutsu or a summon. Weakness, is the time it takes to reach, but besides it's torrent wave it rather carries them off than hurt them. combinations, have to mix this with doton creating boulders along the course so they get injured. If it's used against me, I'd use doton to give rise on the ground I'd be standing on. I dislike it, for it has no motive for hurting the enemy." saying as he slams his hand on the ground and the torrent comes from the sky splashing downward on the peins who stunk.

Weakness, those who can sense chakra or see it. combinations, that's the entity I'd use this for with transitioning from water to earth upon the same technique. If it's used against me, simply streaming nagashi would call them out if their in range. I dislike it, I find it's rather C-rank jutsu." Ikiru leaps into a puddle on the side of the ground.   • "Strengths, submerging the area with water riding it as you do and overwhelming them with a simple starting wave for attack on the first counter/offensive approach...well ALL I HAVE TO SAY 'G.O.A.T'. Weakness, eh, that is a risky ground to even mention but I feel it's wave...no weak point. lol. Combinations, with his style can be implanted with kenjutsu and/or fuuton jutsus to the mix. If it's used against me, I'd over whelm with doton for such attack isn' t wise to counter with katon. I like it, given the chance I'd use it if I have no other way to use raiton.^^" saying as Ikiru molds suiton chakra and making the needed handseals he then proceeds with streaming it outward toward his tree enemies. Then, as the wave current took him above sweeping the trees below him, he laughs out loud as if he was not training but rather playing.
