I think Tobi took, or at least read, the Uchiha Stone Tablet + the thread information

Hmm... Madara seems to be far more powerful than Tobi per se, but Tobi's advantage is that he doesn't need to switch back and forth from EMS to rinnegan. Tobi has sharingan and rinnegan at the same time, and as stated by the 8 tails, the sharingan's unique ability to see every minute detail of your opponents movements (effectively allowing a sharingan wielder to predict what his opponent intends to do) in tandem with the rinnegan is far deadlier than the rinnegan alone.

So, Madara has susano'o and his rinnegan ninjutsu are on a massive scale, but as the OP pointed out Tobi has intangibility. We know wood style is useless against Tobi. Tobi doesn't seem to be threatened by Madara's character...

Nagato on the other hand freely used his rinnegan techniques whereas Tobi chose to spare his chakra and use different means to capture the jinchuriki. This either shows that Tobi didn't believe rudimentary rinnegan techniques could do the trick, or he simply couldn't afford to risk wearing out his chakra supply...

In the end it seems that Tobi has the least chakra of the 3 rinnegan users, but his sharingan makes up for his lack of chakra. The 7 tailed beasts provided the chakra for Tobi's 6 paths, his eyes controlled them. This probably explains why Tobi hasn't shown fatigue. As for gedo mazo, Tobi can only use it freely since Nagato already sacrificed his body to give it life, and the tailed beasts sustain it. Possibly anyways. -.-

Madara has the most raw power and martial prowess, and Nagato's massive chakra pool was ideally suited for the rinnegan, but Tobi is the most dangerous shinobi of the 3. Not the best rinnegan wielder.

Everyone already knows that hes gonna rape everything in sight when he actually starts using it.
Tobi has been using his rinnegan ever since he made his appearance in the war, he's summoned gedo mazo various times as well as controlling 6 jinchuriki paths to fight Naruto and Bee. :flaw:

I highly doubt Tobi has the lowest chakra. To keep a Sharingan and Rinnegan activated constantly already proves that he has a high chakra pool. I'd say he has one of the highest chakras:

He keeps his Rinnegan and Sharingan activated at all times, and doesn't show any signs of chakra drain, unlike Kakashi
-He can use Izanagi for 5-10 minutes; Danzo could only use it for 1 minute, and it immensely drained his chakra
-He can control 6 bijuus without showing any fatigue
-He can control Gedo Mazo without showing any fatigue
-He has never been shown to be tired, or drained of chakra
-He can summon Kurama
-He kept Yagura under a genjutsu for who knows how long

He just hasn't had any need to use the Rinnegan yet, in my opinion. Without he he has Bee injured, and Kakashi and Guy exhausted and desperate.

As for Madara having the highest raw power, that's true for now.

I disagree with Tobi having the lowest chakra. I'd say he has the highest or second highest behind Madara. And we can't say he's the worst Rinnegan wielder yet. He's just been holding back. But if he decides to use the Rinnegan, he'll be the best wielder due to his S/T techs backing his Rinnegan techs up.

I agree Madara and Nagato have the been shown to execute Rinnegan jutsu on a massive scale, but I can argue controlling 6 bijuu with it is pretty powerful. Not saying Madara and Nagato couldn't do it though.

Also, it should be known that Tobi chooses not to use Rinnegan jutsu in his current fight because his opponents already know the jutsus. He doesn't want to waste chakra performing jutsu against enemies who already know the weaknesses of them. This is called being efficient, not incapable because he has low chakra levels.

Seriously, with all his abilities and the bijuu he's gathered, Tobi would wipe the floor with Madara. He's taking on Naruto who's as fast as and stronger than Minato, Bee who can use Hachibi perfectly, and Kakashi and Gai who are probably the Leaf's strongest Jonin.. all while complaining when he thought he broke a sweat.

1. And Nagato wasn't able to use Rinnegan to it's full potential.
2. As I said nor tobi or Nagato knows all secrets of Rinnegan, all jutsus and powers and etc.. So It was impossible for Tobi to learn about it from Nagato... Maybe Madara didn't passed down everything he knew ?.
3. For Uchiha like Madara it takes short amount of time to master Rinnegan + he was the most experienced and talented one Uchiha ever, plus he developed it himself and read full Uchiha tablet.. He mastered it perfectly.. Same goes like Kakashi used 20+ years to be used to MS, and sasuke did it in 1year~ and a lot better.. That's the difference between Uchiha and not uchiha in uchiha dojutsu lol..
4. Yes, he knows the same amount as Nagato does, no more. Paths and Gedo mazo are basics of Rinnegan..
5. Ofcourse he knows about Kamui, Uchiha tablet lol ? I wouldn't be surprissed if Madara could do that too, also Yata and Totsuka are legendary weapons, who maybe existed turing his era.
6. Well Tobi's and Nagato's Rinnegan are Madaras Rinnegan, and they both were able to use it - The Original User of the jutsu they possed can use it too, plus he obtained it first, and learned it secrets first so we can easily say it was Madaras summon, just without Bijuus..

Well Madara maybe didn't passed down all the jutsus ? Like Meteor thing or some other jutsus he posses ? You will never know until it's facts, but it's more likely it.. I will say that Tobi is better than Nagato since he mIGHT be Uchiha, but he's nowhere near Madaras level lol.. Madara has more feats and knowlage about it... Nagato has lowest knowlage about it since he's not Uchiha and wasn't able to read UChiha tablet, Madara is Uchiha and read it, Tobi is MAYBE Uchiha and he MAYBE read it.. At any point thats my beliefs, believe what you want, plus Madara and Itachi are both with their Sharingans all the time. :sy:

1. How the hell do you know? There you go sprouting bullshit again.

2. Again, assuming random bullshit again! So Madara is the one that knows everything! Why can't it be Tobi, the main villain? Oh wait, you like making stuff up. I forgot. :sy:

3. And how do you know Tobi's not an Uchiha? And he's obviously mastered the Rinnegan already, too. And he's mastered the base Sharingan more than anyone else (S/T techs). And if Madara mastered everything so greatly, how and why did he die?

4. And Madara knows more? How do you know? Oh wait, you always assume things!! Tobi has a vast knowledge on every Doujutsu, he hasn't shown anything yet. :sy: ...Oh wait, he's not Madara so he automatically doesn't know everything about the Rinnegan---> Your stupid logic. :sy:

5. You assume things again! There's no proof that Madara knows about those techniques. Sasuke read the Uchiha Tablet, yet he didn't know about Susanoo. So stop making up bullshit facts without any support. :sy:

6. Hohoho, assuming things again, aren't we? You're arguments are just pathetic opinions.

Madara has more knowledge on it? How do you know? Oh wait, you don't! :flaw: And Tobi keeps his Sharingan on at all times too, your point?

All you do is make up bullshit opinions and use them as facts in arguments. Half, if not all, of your claims or opinions. Just stop.

Doesn't matter where or how he got it, all that matters is that he has the potential to be exceptional with it.

Any form of jutsu is risky for tobi considering when he performs a jutsu he has to become tangible to be able to use it so really makes no diff

I'm impressed, that intangible > Shinra Tensei is an extremely OP combo. Props for seeing this.

Tobi has the potential to be the best Rinnegan user we have ever seen.

One of this thread's basis is Tobi claiming that the Rinnegan was already his. That would mean that Tobi already has some experience in using the Rinnegan.

The other basis is that Tobi can use the Rinnegan along with his other techniques, and become pretty much unbeatable.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

First of all, here's further proof that Tobi had the Rinnegan before:

-Its been shown that when implanting an eye that someone has never used before, they need to rest for a few days-weeks. Such as when Tobi implanted Itachi's eyes into Sasuke. Sasuke had to wait a few weeks before removing the cloth around his eyes.

-Tobi implanted the Rinnegan right after getting it, and he didn't need to rest at all or anything like that. He just started using it right away. And he's apparently good with the Rinnegan, noted when Naruto claimed that Tobi's chakra rods were much more powerful compared to Nagato's.

-Anyway, it should be known that Tobi can use all Rinnegan techniques, shown with his knowledge and experience with the Rinnegan already.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Anyways, here's why Tobi can be extremely good and efficient in using the Rinnegan:

-His techniques are probably on a larger scale than Nagato's. If his chakra rods have been noted to be stronger than Nagato's, than his other Rinnegan techniques are probably stronger too. He also seems to have an almost endless supply of chakra, giving him an advantage.

-He can apparently use Gedo Mazo better. This is obviously partly due to the Bijuus being sealed inside Gedo Mazo, therefore Gedo Mazo not requiring any of Tobi's chakra. But even then, Nagato never seemingly attempted to use Gedo Mazo in battle, even when some of the Bijuus were sealed within it. This shows that either Nagato wasn't confident in his control over Gedo Mazo, or because he didn't have enough chakra to control it. Being able to control Gedo Mazo with 7 Bijuus in it flawlessly gives Tobi a huge advantage in his Rinnegan use already.

-His chakra drain seems to be minimal when using the Rinnegan. He's been controlling six Bijuus yet has shown no sign of chakra drain or fatigue during the battle against Naruto and co. And it can be noted that he's been keeping Gedo Mazo under his control at the same time. Nagato was coughing blood while his paths were fighting Naruto, while Tobi has been standing there without any signs of tiring. His minimal chakra drain can possibly be attributed to Tobi apparently being an original Rinnegan user, unlike Nagato.

-Unlike Nagato, Tobi doesn't lack mobility. One of Nagato's weaknesses, as stated by Kabuto, was his lack of mobility. This is probably due to Gedo Mazo impaling Nagato in his early teens. But even while immobile, Nagato was immensely destructive with the Rinnegan. Tobi can use the Rinnegan techs on an even larger scale (look above) and he isn't lacking in mobility, therefore making him a very powerful Rinnegan user.

-Lastly, he can use his Intangiblity hand-in-hand with his Rinnegan techniques, making him practically invincible. Just think about it. He can pretty much spam Shinra Tensei. Whenever he has to cool down for 5 seconds, which can easily be exploited by a faster character like Naruto, he can simply go intangible. This pretty much makes him completely untouchable. And he can use his other Rinnegan techniques along with his intangibility, making him practically invincible. And if his intangiblity ever is exploited, he can use the Preta Path to stop any attack.

He has mobility, unlike Nagato, and intangibility, unlike Madara and Nagato, giving him a huge advantage with the Rinnegan.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So yeah. Tobi has the opportunity to be extremely powerful in using the Rinnegan, shown by what I've stated above. He can and probably is better with the Rinnegan compared to Nagato. Tobi can be better with Nagato and Madara due to his intangibility patching up any of the Rinnegan's weaknesses.

Feel free to agree, disagree, and discuss this down below.

@ underlined, I think that was because of the toll over time of using the Rinnegan to such an extent. Keep in mind, Tobi just started using the Rinnegan, Nagato had it for much longer..but then again, we don't know yet if Tobi implanted it within himself BEFORE nagato was around. Otherwise, i agree, +rep

Technically Tobi has the potential to be the most efficient with the Rinnegan, mainly because all the other Rinnegan users are dead and of his knowledge.
If he were to abuse his intangibility and Shinra Tensei, then that would make him nearly invicible, the only way to defeat him would be to use the moment of surprise, just like Itachi did with Nagato.
However it is most likely that Tobi would just teleport himself away, but the question is would Tobi be fast enough to escape Itachis Susanoo?
Konan did state that it takes more time for him to teleport himself, as when he's trying to teleport something or someone else and that's where Tobi's space-time ninjutsu is inferior to Minato's.
Still let's not forget about the other Rinnegan users.
First we have Madara he has the Sharingan, EMS, Rinnegan, Susanoo, Hashirama's cells and Izanagi too most likely, yet there's something I don't understand...
During Tsunade's attack in chapter 577 why didn't Madara use Shinra Tensei instead of a Woodclone, could it be that he doesn't know how to use all of the Rinnegan's techniques?
He said it himself that he awakened the Rinnegan shortly before his death, so maybe he didn't have enough time to master the Rinnegan completely.
Remember how long it took Nagato to use the Rinnegans six paths technique?
Even as a teenager during the fight with Hanzo he didn't use any of the six paths instead he used the Gedo Mazo and still failed to kill Hanzo at that time.
Maybe I'm wrong with Madara not able to use Shinra Tensei, after all it's just a theory of mine.

True, and Nagato was pretty unhealthy at the time. But I don't think Tobi will be coughing up blood any time soon.

1. First of all, Madara isn't using all the techs because he's just trolling the Kages.

2. And yeah, with intangibility, Tobi can be pretty damn invincible with the Rinnegan.

3. Tobi can use Shinra Tensei or intangibility to avoid Itachi's Susanoo. Not a big deal. Plus, he has mobility, unlike edo Nagato.

Agree, i really wanted to see tobi fight with the path abilities as well. I guess we will see him do that now since he cant use the jinchurikis.
