Here's the deal. I WANT Naruto to end up with Hinata. But I don't see Kishi doing it. He has literally built up Naruto and Sakura since the very beginning.

No... If anything, he was building SasuSaku and NaruHina since the beginning. I mean look at how many SS moments there were in Part 1! Naruto got no love. And then Kishimoto introduced Hinata and showed us who his love interest will be. Hinata being a side character honestly has nothing to do with anything. Look at DBZ, the manga Kishi is inspired by, Goku ended up with Chichi, a side character, and not Bulma, the heroine.

Hinata's purpose as a side character is to well, love Naruto! I doubt Kishimoto is going to throw all of Hinata's feelings away for the sake of an unoriginal ending of NS. Also, Naruto's gonna bring Sasuke back. The only way I see Sakura falling for Naruto is if Sasuke dies and if so, it'll take her a few years to let Sasuke go. ANd why would naruto wait that long, when Hinata is right there, experiencing the same thing he went through except even worse?

And yes! NaruHina forever!

I do believe that Hinata and Naruto are going to end up, but they're never going to show it in the anime/manga. Its like what they did with Kushina and Minato...they never showed each other confessing, or loving each other or anything like that. But this is something that i've heard: Apparently, majority of the Naruto Fanbase in Japan is NaruHina, and even threatened Kishi that they would stop watching/reading if they weren't together. Let's not forget, Japan makes up for A LOT of the Naruto fanbase lol.

From how I see it, it will go like this: Naruto x Hinata and Sasuke x Sakura. Sakura will never love naruto, she has clearly shown that she will not give up on sasuke...EVER. ._. EVER...really..EVER.

Plus I have a feeling Naruto will develop feeling for Hinata at one point, I mean..she's not an ugly girl..I hope he decides Hinata b/c even if he goes after Sakura, she really..is still into Sasuke big time U_U

no flaming please. i actually used actual chapters in the examples followed so you can't say i made it up


1 in a not so long ago chapter naruto fought pain and in that moment was sort of saved by hinata who he thought died giving her life for him.

2 in the days or weeks (time frames are not that accurate) after the battle and after tobi's talk with naruto. sakura confessed her love to naruto who basicaly in short said she was lying to her self ergo he took it and stomped it in the ground to little to late

3 when hinata was fighting with zetsu clones dress as a shinobi wielding a tanto or katana forgot which one naruto saved her first before anyone else in that battle. he actually smiled remembering the "pain incident" and he though about her.

4 kishi foreshadowed in the talk no jutsu chapter you know the one showing sasuke saying carnage was coming to the battle field. her projecting her feeling in her mind. when kishi does this he usually means to do it (he has a pattern for those who can read the manga carefully)

ok after all this three conclusions can be made

1 naruto has developed feelings toward but its weird because of past feelings for sakura

2 he does not know how to react to it (lets face it everyone in real life goes through this problem one point in their teens)

3 he struggling to choose now on what he should do (go for sakura or hinata)

Actually NS is the most popular straight Naruto pairing. #1 is kakairu... says a lot... but NH is still the most popular likely pairing because sasusaku is more popular than narusaku. And what couple comes with SS? NH. SO NaruHina is the most popular straight naruto pairing that can happen.

However, popularity has nothing to do with it. That'd make Kishi a sellout. But of the entire fanbase, NH is the most popular straight pairing for Naruto! ^_^
