No. Sakura's fellings blossomed into an even greater friendship with naruto. They have a connection, a wonderful friendly bond. But it has stayed at that. Naruto wanted to take a step further but Sakura kept still. And Naruto understands that.

as i said earlier sakura is in love with sasuke so there is actually no way for narusku.......naruhina is in development and until i see the next data book il stick with naruhina.......turson dnt forget sakura treats naruto like a dog -_- she hits him for stupidness that is how siblings act ...

No, I don't think she'd develop LOVE feelings for him, but maybe they are getting stronger friendship. Sakura will never be able to let go of her previous feelings for her former comrade, but she will grow a stronger attachment to her hyperactive ninja friend. Something like admiration or trust. Almost like family.
