Sakura's feelings for Naruto are friendship. Look at Sakura's confession to Sasuke and the confession to naruto. With Sasuke, she didn't take silence for an answer, she kept pushing and pushing. It was clear that she really loved Sasuke. Look at naruto now, as soon as naruto told her she was lying to herself, she didn't try to convince him otherwise. She just stormed off. And in Sakura's confession to Sasuke, it was heartfelt and believable. In her confession to Naruto, she tried to make everything logical. Love isn't logical. She basically said, "since Sasuke's gone and you're the village hero, it's obvious that I should love you now." Sakura accepted Naruto's words because she knew he was right. She was lying to herself
yes, sakura still loves sasuke and what? i said it already, she is too confused about naruto and sasuke, and yes she is confused if not proof it.
btw i'm a man but a teen too, and i understand she, sometimes the love is too confused especially for a teen.

My friend has been like bestfriends with this boy since they were born. Their mothers know each other. Both of them have been bestfriends for years and know each other like the back of their hands but they've never held any romantic feelings towards each other. I sometimes ask them if they like each other that way but they always laugh and say "Just because we're bestfriends doesn't mean we'll get together. That only happens in corny movies." They both have long term relationships with other people.

*sigh* Here's some NH moments for you.
-Chapter 98. Hinata was the very first person he let his "tough guy" guard down around. He was being HIMSELF with her. He shared his insecurities with her. Around Hinata, Naruto knows that he can just be himself. And see when Naruto's sad, Hinata cheers him right back up. She knows just the right things to say to him.
-Chapter 81. Naruto made a BLOOD OATH to Hinata. Had he ever done that for any other of his friends? No. A blood oath is much more serious than a promise.
-Chapter 105. Realise how after his victory, the first person Naruto looks for is Hinata? Not his teammates, but Hinata.
Ok I'm skipping down the road here because I can't remember the chapters of other NH moments so I'm skipping down to this one.
-Chapter 437. Hinata confesses, Naruto drops his balls and goes six tails on Pain. Realise how even PAIN recognized love when he saw it?
-Chapter 441. The first person Naruto remembers is Hinata. Notice how he cries for her. Naruto has only cried for those really precious to him. Also note the way he holds his chest as he cries. He's FEELING something.
Ok, I'm skipping on by again.
-Chapter 558-559. Naruto saved Hinata. When he did, he said "Sorry for taking so long... Everything's alright now!" That very line had butt loads of foreshadowing in it. You do the math. In chapter 559, naruto recalls her sacrifice. I believe that when you really care for someone, you can read each other's eyes. It happens in true love (that's what I believe). Note how the BOTH of them compliment each other's eyes. They both know the right things to say to each other.

One more thing. WHy would Kishimoto spend so much panel time developing Hinata's feelings for naruto if he was just going to crush her and throw that all away at the very end? Kishimoto likes his side characters. Look at Lee. Choji. etc. If Kishimoto was planning on NS, he would've probably toned Hinata's feelings down a bit or have her let Naruto go. He also would have let Sakura be seen developing real feelings for Naruto. But he hasn't.

Naruto hasn't responded to Hinata's confession yet. That means he's still thinking about his feelings for her, wondering if he could love her back. When Sakura confessed, he stopped her dead cold and told her straight up. If he could tell Sakura that, why couldn't he tell Hinata that especially after she just sacrificed herself for him. He, of all persons, knows what it's like to feel pain. Naruto would have told her to let him go already if there was absolutely no chance of him loving her back. But he hasn't. And that leaves NH more alive than ever before.
