You all seem to have missed the biggest loophole in this belief. God has not created Hell. This is a lie that is spread by so many religious leaders. The Bible speaks of ades from Greek like figuratively a place where deads go to. Where the righteous ones await for resurrection and the wicked ones cease simply to exist (no more memory or consciousness). God is loving and would not forced people into eternal suffering. That is a jewish perspective though (nice to see a the original escapes the argument in the OP). Christianity and Islam are commonly holding the belief in hell.

Read the thread title. And the rest is not subjective it's actually pretty straight forward. It's for bad people and sinners. Now who are the bad people and sinners is subjective and depends what religion you follow.
