I have a crazy thought that it might be kakashi , then again some people may say uchihas , i wanna say minato but i don't really think its him .... There the 3 rd i mean theres quite a selection of ninja who may fit this category so who do you guys pick?

I would say Itachi, only character I think to have used all three to a high level in the manga itself. Kakashi hasn't shown good enough genjutsu (catching pt 1 Sakura in no feat).

Lame fanboy.. Tobis Taijutsu is lame same as Ninjutsu.. Only his Genjutsu and Dojutsu are decent, he has no more that 2-3 in Ninjutsu and Genjutsu.

I would pick Jiraya. He and his SM has very strong Genjutsu, his SM and he himself has very decent Taijutsu, and his Ninjutsu is sick also
