From what we've seen I'd say currently Sasuke. I don't want to say Hiruzen because we haven't seen his prime yet, but if it is as good as Kishi made it out to be I'm sure he would have my vote.

i go with Uchiha Itachi.

He is good in taijutsu, excelente in ninjutsu and a god in genjutsu.
also itachi is the only shinobi i have seen that can make combos like he does, his clones get you in genjutsu can use ninjutsu after that.
