Itachi's ninjutsu are not all that impressive , he's speed with seals is thou , from those we've seen its pretty average ... just quick hands signs and qverage justsu .
Its his genjutsu and intelligence which really stand out

Ninjutsu: Above Average.

Genjutsu: Waay above Average

Taijutsu: Seems alright. He "Itachi kicked" Kurenai and Sasuke.

He's skilled in weapons.
He's smart.
He's pretty fast.


Hell.. Tobi couldn't even make a move until Itachi was dead.

i would say Itachi cause the guy is perfect at gen jutsu ,has awesome nin jutsu and is great at tai jutsu but i think Sasuke surpassed him at those now so i'd vote Sasuke
