Lel bruh, what manga are you reading? Madara lost track of sasuke when he dodged the black lightning, the second time sasuke teleported the sword through his chest. He barely keeps up with sasuke's s/t that proved it

Depends. If the juubi eye is considered a rinnegan then IT is stronger than what Sasuke has shown. Limbo is also a honorable mention. So far Sasuke's rinnegan is too new to really do it any justice in the comparison, Madara's had years of experience. Although give Sasuke some time and it should be leagues above madara's 2 rinnegan.

The last sasuke is probably a rinnegan master.
