Depends. If the juubi eye is considered a rinnegan then IT is stronger than what Sasuke has shown. Limbo is also a honorable mention. So far Sasuke's rinnegan is too new to really do it any justice in the comparison, Madara's had years of experience. Although give Sasuke some time and it should be leagues above madara's 2 rinnegan.

You do know Sasuke can block IT right? So it's not really a problem for Sasuke.

Sasuke has a sharinnegan.

Madara needed both of his rinnegans + the juubi + hashirama's sennin mode + getting close to the moon in order to awaken the sharinnegan.

With Sasuke's sharinnegan, he was able to do what hagoromo could do despite only having the doujutsu for a couple of hours.

First, he can't access to its full power to begin with. Second, it might allow him to use numbers of them, but not all of them. Third, it looks nothing like Madara's Rinnegan.

Sasuke can access the Rinnegan's full power you say he needs to have a pair but he does. It's not transplanted his Rinnegan and EMS are his real eyes = a pair. He already showed some six paths jutsus and more. so how can he not use it's full power?

At bold makes no sense. So because his eye doesn't look like Madara's mean he can't use it's full power?
