Sasuke left eye can do all the techs that a regular 2 paired rinnegan can do & better, plus it has s/t tech. Sasuke rinne has way more feats

Depends. If the juubi eye is considered a rinnegan then IT is stronger than what Sasuke has shown. Limbo is also a honorable mention. So far Sasuke's rinnegan is too new to really do it any justice in the comparison, Madara's had years of experience. Although give Sasuke some time and it should be leagues above madara's 2 rinnegan.

He hasn't shown usage of all paths like madara has. We don't know if he has all of it. Probably doesn't, maybe some, since it's just one eye. At this point it's all speculations, maybe we'll see in the Last?​

Yeah you're right. It's still new. Maybe his body needs to adjust to it more and he also needs to adjust to his EMS.

Hell no, Limbo + Bansho'tenin just by looking at him + CT Raindrops is moree than enough to finish off Sasuke.
Sasuke's Rinneblitz is a worthless tech because Madara was playing with Sasuke and he regenerated himself like nothing happened.

Madara for me. Sasuke is only a day old with it anyway. Wait a few years, it should be a better comparison then though Madara had the Rinnegan for a long time and used it as a Juubi Jin. I think it would definitely take more than a day for Sasuke's Rinnegan to be more powerful than Madara's.
