So i was just wondering, who do you think has the most amount of chakra in the narutoverse without tailed beasts? Imo it would be between Kisame and the 3rd Raikage

Kisame was nicknamed the Tailless Beast for his amazing amount of chakra.

The 3rd Raikage lasted a week against an army of shinobi using the raton shield [ Which imo would use a massive amount of chakra ]

Looking at some of the replies, this is my list

Anyone putting Naruto in the top 5 have to remember how many times he has run out of chakra and resorted to the nine-tails..

p.s the multiple shadow clone jutsu was forbidden because of the huge chakra levels it requires.Given the fact that naruto uses shadowclones in everything,it kinda makes sense to run out of chakra faster:shrug:no?

I would say naruto, 1st its has been stated that the nine tails increased naruto's base charka. If naruto adds sage mode he's charka is greater than everybodies except Nagatos. Add the ninetails(bijuu) and cant nobody **** with him, i doubt even madara.jiraya didnt master sage mode like naruto did. Naruto's is stronger.

No, the point he is trying to make is that in order to learn Sage Mode, you have to have high chakra levels to balance out natural energy with your own.

My list goes like this...

1. Kisame
2. Naruto in his base form.
3. 3rd Raikage
4. Nagato
5. 4th Raikage
6. Killer Bee
7. Gaara
8. Jiraiya

I'm not putting ninja that we haven't seen fight while alive up here, as we've no idea how much chakra they have.

Why hyping Naruto?
Who says he has got a high chakra level? (He has a special kind of chakra)
Why does he need the Kiuuby's chakra all the time when he is about to fight for real?
If he had a high chakra level then Hachibi wouldn't tell him that Kiuuby could instantaneously drain all of his chakra when he is using Kiuuby's chakra.
Nagato has a high level of chakra because of how he uses it we can see it but he died when used his last jutsu which surely took much more chakra than all of his previous Jutsus. If he had chakra enough he could still be alive.
Kisame has chakra due to Samehada and he absorbs chakra so he doesn't entirely has all this brutal chakra... Once he said "the stronger is my enemy the stronger I get" because he absorbs their chakra and not his own default chakra.
Raikage's families are those whose show openly their brute chakra level, they even use a shield made of chakra non-stop... And there are even possibility that they might have chakra above beasts levels.
Post a hint that made you think that the one you refer ain't wrong and really deserves it.

Kakashi has a 3.5 in chakra. Naruto has a five. But if Naruto has at the minimal at LEAST twice as much chakra as Kakashi, then he'd have a seven in chakra if the databooks went that high. Notice how Kakashi said at LEAST, and in some translations it says "about four times more".

Kakashi does not have a "low" amount of chakra. He has an "average" amount of chakra. People on this site are just ignorant sometimes and keep bringing small, throwaway comments like Hiruzen's prime and Kakashi's chakra into arguments.

What I mean here is that doubling or quadrupling Kakashi's chakra would make you have a large chakra level.

Here, Naruto's chakra was of note even THIS early in the story.

Then here, Fukasaku says that in order to learn Frog Sage Mode, you have to have large amounts of chakra.

uhh kakashi? he has terrible chakra levels, it's been stated by himself that naruto's was twice his levedls, even without kuramas. Naruto obviously has the most chakra because he is an uzumaki and he faints from fights because he makes thousands of shadow clones... jiraiya also has a lot or else he couldn't have mastered SM

Never says Shukaku is stronger than Gyuuki, or has strength even COMPARABLE to him... just that he hated Kurama's arrogance. Granted, we haven't seen the other beasts unrestrained at full power so it could refer to power as well... but Shukaku wasn't capable of anything NEAR what Gyuuki and Kurama have done in the war. I mean, Kurama was able to overpower 5 tailed beasts at once... with only HALF of the power he had before he was sealed in Naruto... and Gyuuki blasted away a huge area of trees to clear a battlefield...

I don't understand how people can say Pain > Kisame when Pain said himself that Kisame has the most chakra in the Akatsuki and I also don't understand how people could think Madara > Hashi obviously Madara's techs are more deadly than Hashirama's so how did Hashi defeat him? I think having more chakra was definitely a part of it.
