I'd like to say Kakashi, but that's just my inner fanboy speaking. xd

The two are (or perhaps were) somewhat equal in their previous clashes, but Itachi does have a few more advantages. Susano'o, complete with the Totsuka Blade and Yata Mirror, and Tsyukomi would be a serious disadvantage for Kakashi. However, Kamui could quite easily overpower Itachi if he's caught by surprise.
Both of them are extremely intelligent in battle, but Itachi is somewhat better than Kakashi for now.
