Who did more for their Country? Minato or Itachi?

Its true he didnt agree with their motive that doesnt mean he didnt love them. As i said, the hokages have all sacrificed their lifes and have gained recognition. You could go as far as calling it compensation. Ask yourself whether minato could kill kushina and naruto, sarutobi killing asuma and konohamaru. Cannot see them doing this. What itachi did was far greater than what any other hokage has done in terms of sacrifice for his village/country.

Itachi prevented not only a civil war but possibly a 4th great ninja war, where only a few people (his clan) was killed

Pretty much this is why i think Itachi sacrificed more..All the hokages have died protecting the village, but how many of them had to kill their own in order to do it...

itachi basically just saved the hidden leaf but minato thought of the future of the whole ninja world
its because of him that naruto is fighting on par with rinne tobi

I think itachi sacrificed more, coz he nt only killed his entire clan, bt also agreed to keep quiet nd b portrayed as a criminal nd was hunted down fr his entire life, moreover he decided to die by his brother's hand so that his brother could live in peace nd unlock a new power that wud protect him, so itachi sacrificed everythng that was dear to him, to protect his village.......

Minato acted for konoha only, quite false
he knew that tobi would be a far greater danger than the tailed beasts and so he sealed kurama in naruto
