Which of the Sannin can Kakashi defeat at best circumstances?

if he can wrap a rocket bigger than any human head and a nail that is supposed to be fast enough to go through his head , and be able to do it so fast that pain couldn't even notice that he did it
he can wrap tsunade's head off , and he can also see her taijutsu coming at him
i doubt tsunade has any chance of winning

There's a reason why Tsunade was picked as Hokage. We haven't seen her full capability yet, you guys are underrating her by saying that the only good thing she has is her strength.. In the databook, she has a 5 for Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Intelligence, and Strength, plus her other stats are formidable.
As for the rest of the Sannin, I think it's pretty obvious that Kakashi wouldn't win. He might put up a great fight and maybe put them near death, but both Orochimaru and Jiraiya were stronger.

all i know is that she saw jiraiya's killer in front of her and couldn't gather the guts to even attack him , and add to that she had a hole anbu squad with her
medical ninja are not fighters , why does everyone have to be a killing machine for you guys to like them

Those were projectiles going in a straight row, the missile was a bit tipsy but he used all of his chakra to land the hit. He took time plus he dies afterwards.
That has the same chance of happening as Kakashi tripping and breaking his ankle during the fight.
She can regenerate any cell in her body and create missing organs. When you regenerate you create new or you form again. Logically, she can.

For those of you saying that the rocket is the same as her head, no.
For the rocket there are several things that happened that aren't the same with a head.
1) The rocket was moving in an almost straight line, Tsunade won't.
2) Kakashi was standing still and concentrating 100% because he knew he was going to die, in mid-battle, Kakashi's active and if Tsunade is with her Slug or just throws some simple shuriken, Kakashi is going to have to move, decreasing accuracy.
3) Tsunade can regenerate from a Kamui to the arm. When you regenerate you create new or you form again, in this case her cells. She does this almost instantly. Plus she can regenerate missing organs so that already settles it.
4) Kakashi is going to use Kamui as a last resort, it takes plenty of chakra, something Kakashi has not. He isn't going to start the battle and Kamui..no, that's stupid.
5) Yes, Kakashi can warp her head off, but let's be realistic, can Kakashi really warp a small, moving object with possible incoming attacks? An innacurate attack that when used takes plenty of chakra, you think Kakashi would do that? No

Smh, not attacking Pain doesn't make her weak. She was trying to talk to him. Tsunade might be a medic-nin, but that doesn't make her weak either. They wouldn't just make a medic-nin the Hokage unless they were actually powerful.. And why the **** are you bashing other people when you can't present one relevant argument against Tsunade?

he cant beat any of them due to his low stamina. tsunade doesn't have any moves he can mimic unless he can mimic strength. oru already stated back in regular naruto he is no match. vs jiriaya to me he stands no chance. so yeah if it wasn't for his lo stamina im sure he could have stand his own with them.

came on dude tsunade is awesome , but not all ninja need to be fighting machines , some are for spying some are for healing and some are for training and some are for fighting like kakashi
