You haven't even seen what Tsunade is capable of yet, how can you judge her? She's the damn hokage she must be strong as hell. And no way he can beat Oro, Kakashi runs out of chakra in minutes while Oro can last for hours.
Which of the Sannin can Kakashi defeat at best circumstances?

Tsunade vs Kakashi, We have not yet seen full potential of Tsunade, and we have seen a lot to what Kakashi is capable of, and both of them probably have more to show. Kakashi has lightning style, ms and so on. Tsunade got CR and summoning and is incredible taijutsu user, and so is Kakashi. They are boh strong but we have seen pretty much nothing from Tsunade, so she probably has something up her sleeve against mid to long range users. So id say Tsunade with High diff.
Oro vs Kakashi, well kakashi is strong but i think some people overrate him, and Oro is very strong too, even though he propably would have lost to the 3rd Hokage without Edo Tensei, but that does not matter its a jutsu he has. Well if we look at both peoples skills, Oro exceeds kakashi in jutsu, intelligence, experience. Oro with Low-mid diff.
J-Man vs Kakashi: well kakashi has a lot of jutsu and he is skilled. Jiraiya has SM, huge toads and he is a fire-earth style user, id say he can defeat Kakashi on low diff. Jiraiya could defeat him with SM not even if kakashi use kamui, jiraiya is too fast in that mode, and jiraiya probably know all about it. Fukasaku and Shima also has their Genjutsu, which could completely defeat Kakashi.
In personal opinion Jiraiya and Oro would walk all over Kakashi. People overrate kakashi and some people underrate Tsunade. But you cant really compare them at some points.
Best scenario: kakashi vs Tsunade, even though we dont know much about tsunade as or what we have seen.

Kahashi will always struggle against most high teir shinobi for this reason. It would be okay if he up against someone who doesnt have many lethal techniques but someone who has bith the techniques and the chakra will make it a very hard fight.
And his sharingan although gives him so much more advantages it uses a lot chakra something kahashi cant really spare.
So hes in bad situation really.

Hmm I don't think he can for sure beat any. He has a good chance now against Orochimaru and Tsunade but they have a better chance of killing him. He is much younger than them to start and doesn't really have an area of expertese.
He is great though and could technically Kamui any of them into nothing. I just don't think it's a likely victory.
Certainly not Jiraiya, he proved himself to be the strongest.( in my opinion)

if we look into to it, im not sure about oro, since well what state is oro in? is he ill, his prime or what, if he is ill, then Kakashi could beat him, but i think still with high diff. Jiraiya in my opinion is the strongest of all the sannin, well we saw him fight Oro once, and he lost because he was restricted by the medicin and Oro had no arms, but he had kabuto to use his jutsu. Jiraiya could have gone it SM and fought and beaten Oro in my opinion. And Tsunade well she is one heck of a taijutsu user, if it wasnt for oro to be immortal in that kinda state tsunade would have blown his head of in close combat. Jiraiya would kill oro, and well jiraiya was also the one the 3rd wanted to be Hokage.
Id say kakashi is far away from Jiraiya, and Oro (I dont know about when he is ill), and he is closer to Tsunade after all we know about her.

your right it cant warp people away, but what if he doesnt just go for an arm or a leg? what if he went for a chunk of her head, say...the chunk directly under her jewel where she stores her ungodly large chakra pool, if he took that, she would have little excess chakra and would be quickly drained and with luck and precision, he could warp a chunk of her frontal lobe away, which in our universe would have her sitting on the ground drooling(if it didnt kill her) because thats what a lobotomy is.

Kakashi would be able to defeat all of them if he could stop them from going into any modes or summoning any giant animals.
Otherwise he can defeat Tdunade in a blink.
He could outclass Jiraiya in battle until he starts summoning toads.
Orochimaru is a monster Kakashi has little chance of defeating him unless a Raikiri to the heart will kill him?

At what point has she ever regenerated a piece of her that is missing?.... This must be THE most stupid response I've ever seen yes she can regenerate cuts etc but as to entire limbs that's plain stupid regeneration works by acceleration on ones natural healing... You would never actually regenerate a leg or arm etc

the sannin on hype,none but tough win for the three. on the current level that the sannin are our die (jiraiya and oro),jiraiya would still win, with tsunade and orochimaru(sick and unable to use most part of is jutsu) probably draw.
but if is uses kumui from the start we probably wins the fight agaisnt the three.
