Which of the Sannin can Kakashi defeat at best circumstances?

He probably could beat Tsunade.
He could also stand his ground against Jiraiya and Orochimaru, but he would clearly lose to those two.

Well ok here goes:
Jiraiya > Kakashi: ok kakashi is skilled and he has a thousand jutsu's though low stamina and he has his MS, summoning dogs and maybe something up his sleeve we have not yet seen. Jiraiya is a toad sage, with SM, Ma & Pa, Collosal rasengan, swamp of the underworld, Goemon and Toad summons, i dont see how kakashi win this, but cool fight. Dont forget Genjutsu from Ma & Pa, i dont think kakashi can handle their genjutsu.
Oro > Kakashi: stated in naruto series that kakashi was no match for him, and we actually dont really know all of Oro's jutsus, we know some of the most powerful he has and his skill level. Oro had more up his sleeve i bet and i believe kakashi is still no match. Edo tensei and oro got aid from beyond.....
Tsunade Kakashi? Well kakashi is made for fighting, Tsunade is made for medic, still she is incredible for Taijutsu and her medical techniques also sumoning and we have not yet seen what she is really capable of, so id say Tsunade, after all she is a sannin and now hokage, you ont chose a medic for hokage if they are not fit for battle. also kakashi was only chosen to be hokage because danzo died and no one else than kakashi could do it.

no kisama can suck chakra , so that won't work
but tsunade's summon can't even dodge raikiri
she is mostly good for healing only , which won't really help when her heads get's wrapped away
Kakashi can't wrap anything if he's being attacked lol
katsuya can become thousands of little ones and kakashi can do anything about that
while he's dodging them, tsunade is also attacking
kakashi is overwhelmed
no.... lol kisame will kill kakashi

They launch acid slime at you. The 7 dogs would be useless against 1000 incoming slugs.
Tsunade can use CR to regenerate from Raikiri. Once Kakashi is close, he's done.
She couldn't stand blood, that was why he fight with Kabuto was handicapped, she still had that blood-o-phobia. Yes, to be Hokage you have to be:
-Wise
-Strong (especially in order to protect the village, like she did)
-Skilled, raw strength isn't everything

can slugs even distinguish a clone from the real thing
this is just stupid , i can't see how slugs can fight an elite ninja
they can't do any jutsu but spit acid , he has more than 1000

It doesn't matter, they'll just attack everything, I don't think you understand what a 1000 slugs (probably more) means. These slugs are elite, just like Gamabunta. Okay, if Kakashi wastes stamina and chakra on clones and multiple jutsus (because one Fire Ball and one Earth Style: Mud whatever won't cut it), he won't be able to use Raikiri or Kamui afterwards. Kakashi has pitiful stamina levels and poor chakra reserves.
Yes, against Pain he used multiple powerful jutsus but that's because he knew he was going to die, Kakashi can't do this here. He can't battle the same way he did with Pain because he'll die of exhaustion.

i don't see him getting in contact with the slugs at all , he will just go after tsunade directly
one lightning clone of his is enough , to handle the slugs
and the slug is no where near any toad , not in fighting , it has other great abilities like telecommunications and healing and stuff
but like it's master , it isn't the fighting type

Dude, close range Tsunade would destroy Kakashi. Punches, Raikiri, Fire Balls, Kunais and Kamui (don't give me the brain BS, highly unlikely) can be regenerated. For example, Kakashi runs towards her and stabs a Raikiri in the heart, as Tsunade regenerates she punches him in the head with enhanced chakra strength. Game Over. Tsunade has more chances of winning.

i saw kakashi wrap a nail moving so fast it was supposed to go through his head like a bullet
and he did it so fast it looked like it did , even pain couldn't notice it
and kakashi can see where one is going to punch before even he does
and being afraid of blood is a disadvantage
i wonder how will she finish him off

agree he had no sommoning skill beside dog while jiraiye have gaint toads oro have the gaint snake and tsunade have the gaint slug
tsunade not afraid of blood anymore i dunno why people think kakashi can beat her
