Which is better: PS3 or Xbox 360?

I find that overall the 360 has alot more good games, I don't like very many exclusive titles for the PS3 at all. Good games for the PS3 are Metal Gear Solid 4 and.... I can't think of any others right now, I actually prefer the PS2 over the 3.

and if you are into online gaming... no better network than xbox live...

Pft, the only thing XBox 360's good for is Halo.
To me, that's the only downside to owning a PS3. But the PS3's got much better graphics, and free online. Not to mention faster processing speed and pretty much the same games as XBox 360.
I mean, besides Halo, I haven't encountered a game the 360 has that the PS3 doesn't.

Owning both I have to say the ps3 is slightly better... but I have been a PS fan since they were first released... so I may be a lil partial... the interface is a bit easier to use and it supports a lot more stuff... and I just found this out yesterday but the PS3 is actually non region specific... you can import games and play them on it.
that being said the 360 does have more good games for the time being... tho I expect that to change in the near future.
on the third hand the Wii isnt that bad either... keeps you active and they do have some highly addictive games... like the sports pack that is included with it and Fire Emblem...

Theres quite a few, though I guess I know that since I spend so much time at 1up for no real reason. Most of my time is spent on gaming forums checking things out. The online may be free for the PS3, but from what I hear the servers are lacking a little bit, like the Wii's. I do like the better processing speed though.

Pft, thats exactly like saying the only good thing the ps3 has is Resistance...
The 360 also has... hmmm... Fable 2... and the Gears of War Franchise...
just to name 2 really recent ones...
Honestly the thing that would get be to break down and get a Ps3 is probably Little Big Planet....

I have to admit the short compatibility on graphics for the games of the consoles, but the PS3 is far from my expectations...personally I think XBOX360 is cheaper and has teh same games like Ps3..the only difference between them is that xbox 360 doesnt have Blu-Ray which is the main reason why the PS3 is so expensive >_>
Lets not forget some really good titles like Star Ocean: The Last Hope, Mass Effect which is only on PC and 360, Ninja Gaiden II, Too Human, Eternal Sonata, and many others that are only recent. I could go on and on. Then, when you remember that most PS3 units do NOT have backwards compat to play PS2 games, their list also gets very short.

In terms of Processing speed and power... and being a beautifull piece of hardware... Yes the PS3 wins... but as for being a great GAMING console...
i say that the Xbox 360 still has the victory by a long shot....
so many more great titles... and its more affordable...
