More expensive DOES NOT mean that its better.... EVER......The question is "Which is better", not "Which would you rather buy".
The PS3 is better for many different reasons, but the fact that it's more expensive only implies more betterness.
Hells yes it does! For the most part.More expensive DOES NOT mean that its better.... EVER......
There has been some dispute as to whether that is true or not at all. Such as how gas prices HAD to go higher recently. Now they're also dropping at quite a rate thanks to the fact that they have been found out and our economy is screwed.Hells yes it does! For the most part.
I mean, a fancy, upscale restaurant where you pay $30 for a bowl of soup is better than mcdonalds.
Sony's actually LOSING money every time someone buys a PS3. They're selling them for LESS than they're worth. They get money when you buy the games, so don't complain about the price because it technically should be higher.

I thought they do have backwards compatibility?Lets not forget some really good titles like Star Ocean: The Last Hope, Mass Effect which is only on PC and 360, Ninja Gaiden II, Too Human, Eternal Sonata, and many others that are only recent. I could go on and on. Then, when you remember that most PS3 units do NOT have backwards compat to play PS2 games, their list also gets very short.
Not all of them. Sony decided to take it away after they reached a certain number of titles released for the PS3, their official statement was if you want to play a PS2 game, get a PS2. Though, some of the newer ones have it while some don't. I'd have to do a check on it to tell you which ones, its different for diff hard drive sizes and also for dates when the models were created. Its a mess at the moment, I think the larger hard drives have it though. Which is becoming necessary thanks to the fact that there are manual installs for some games that can take up quite a bit of space.I thought they do have backwards compatibility?
Oh. Well, if i did get a ps3, it'd b okay because i have a ps2 also. That would solve my problemNot all of them. Haha, yeah, its fine for people who already have a PS2, but for those that do not know about it and don't have a PS2, it really sucks.Oh. Well, if i did get a ps3, it'd b okay because i have a ps2 also. That would solve my problem
You got that right. I was wondering if i could play one of my fave ps1 games on it, megaman legends.Haha, yeah, its fine for people who already have a PS2, but for those that do not know about it and don't have a PS2, it really sucks.
personally, i think both consoles have expensive games.hmm...well PS3 has is the most unafordable, expensive, low on games consoles appeared...'nuff said U_U
He was talking about how it had less games and cost more overall as a system. All consoles are expensive with games at the moment. But I think that might go down in time with the XNA stuff starting to look good.personally, i think both consoles have expensive games.
