where is this "amazing battle speed" naruto is going to use on everyone to dodge every attack? I mean he is a sensor shouldn't he know what obito is going to do and use his speed to counter? He does this in the VS threads all the time

People do not understand how exactly naruto's speed works.

It is not like he can just blitz through everyone as he pleases, to achieve that naruto needs to train his body. All he got was chakra as an upgrade and he never train his body for high speed movements.

It takes Naruto some time to use "speed blitzing" , he has to store chakra in his feet and then release it all at once which makes him "dash" at high speeds.

Speed is one of those things in any fighting genre that if it is too over quantified at one point to establish a feat, it needs to be nerfed later on or it becomes to exploitable and it doesn't feel feasible for any other character to beat said fast character. It's the same reason why Madara didn't just decimate the alliance with a meteor and or let Obito demolish the alliance when they were controlling the Juubi; plot.

It would be easier to digest If naruto had more than one BM and KCM speed feat a piece to go on. right now it just seems implausible that naruto can use this speed for anything other than short bursts and very infrequently.

OP- It'a also for the sake of having good plot if Naruto owned Obito right then and there, there would be no plot just sdfu and enjoy it

Because fighting-striking speed and movement speed are different things.

An atlete is obviously faster than a kick-boxer; but he can't simply "speed blitz" the boxer and own him/her. İn fact, everyone knows the athlete would lose here without much difficulty, and taking some hits despite simply being faster.

That been said; Naruto is not even used to his movement speed since it came in a short amount of time suddenly instead of developing in time; let alone his striking speed.

Also blitz means hitting multiple times with overwhelming speed...which Naruto haven't done yet.
