EMS Madara- Fire and Wind [and this combo is lethal]{all elements [thanks to rinnegan]}
This is EMS Madara, not edo Madara, which means he doesn't have all elements considering he doesn't have the rinnegan. And since when could Madara utilize wind? He's only used fire.
Battle tactics:
Sasuke- Nothing much gets beaten look what happened against BEE
Madara- Awesome he doesn't need any tactics the fighters against him might need tons.
This is awful logic.
Sasuke's shown his battle prowess time and time again. Both against Deidara and Danzo. Your answer for Madara is pretty silly and doesn't help your case.
Susano'o: (No way in hell they are even)
Sasuke- Quick arrows. Amaterasu-balls and Amaterasu coverage.
Madara- Legs and four arms => Hand Seals,Sword, Magmata, 360 Coverage, Can produce More Susanoo's thanks to Clones
Sasuke's susanoo is also capable of having 4 arms as shown here.

Sasuke can utilize magmata as well except they're all amaterasu. Madara's susanoo does have the advantage of legs and 360 coverage, but Sasuke's has armor and a shield to give it protection. And again this is EMS Madara, not Edo Madara, so he can't utilize clones because he doesn't have mokuton.
Chakra, 1-10:
Sasuke- 7
Madara- 10+ [Considered to have the strongest Chakra even among the Uchihas][/COLOR]
It's been stated in the manga by the kyuubi that Sasuke's chakra is very comparable to Madara.

The fact is there's really nothing that puts Madara over Sasuke other than experience and that doesn't account for much considering both Sasuke and Naruto have beaten shinobi much more experienced than them.
