some people think its tobiramas fault, or danzos and some even think its hashiramas fault. but no its madaras HE planted the seeds of destruction in the uchiha without even realizing it. the people had a negative view of the uchiha or atleast madara and he didn't attempt to change it instead he made it many times worse.

some people say the uchiha turned their backs on him but that's INCORRECT its the opposite he turned his back on THEM. they were tired of war fighting and dying pointlessly they finally achieved peace but he their LEADER tried to tell them to leave and abandon this peace which would obviously lead to more conflict. madara the LEADER tried to put them under more despair so ofcourse they ignored him.

tobirama and danzo hating uchiha was justified because madaras actions. though hating people is never a good thing madara made it possible. he terrorized the village nearly killing everyone there including his own clan but luckily hashirama was there to stop him. now how does danzo and tobirama hating uchiha become justified here? because madara attacking the village forever SCARED the uchihas reputation similar to the 9tails attack making people hate naruto.

as such because madara attacked the village the uchiha were negatively viewed forever and this left them no choice but to take madaras actions as an example and follow in his footsteps.
