What Crimes Has Sasuke Truly Commit?

2. Killed Samurai and Cloud Ninja
3. Attempted kidnapping of Killer Bee(still a crime, even if it did not succeed)
5. Joined Orochimaru
6. Attempted to murder Kakashi, Naruto, Sakura.
But helping stop edo tensei, Juubito, and Kaguya makes up for that.

Leaving your village is a crime . It's like a military soldier not reporting to his duties and going A-Wall . Basically Sasuke went A-Wall which is a crime to all his village. Also joining akatsuki which are known rogue mericenaries and who all have committed crimes against the ninja world. Yes sasuke is guilty with joining forces with akatsuki.

Also attacking the 5kage summit and fighting all five kages plus killing samurai . Sasukes guilty of that aswell.

Not to mention attacking killer bee in his own land and "kidnapping their jinchuriki depleting their military forces" sasukes guilty of that.

Like it or not Sasuke has committed serious offences to the shinobi world and is guilty.

Since when did Sasuke do that? He only helped to capture bee which he failed and didn't care. He wasn't there for the war, because he was busy recovery from that transplant. Sasuke had nothing to do with the war!

Dude this is manga don't compare it to real life. If Sasuke is guilty for what he did then Gaara should be guilty for what he did too, but you know what? He became the Kazekage and he created much more crimes then Sasuke without any intentions besides the enjoyment of killing!

Sasuke may have betrayed Konoha and killed a few people for standing in his way, but Sasuke is saving the life's of millions and the entire world!

The reality is that Sasuke's mind was screwed with since childhood for the benefit of Konoha. The village leaders knew about it and accepted it. As the lies started to crumble, Sasuke did, too. Most of his crimes were committed during the aftermath of learning the truth about his brother and his clan.

He was a casualty of political expediency; the inescapable result of the policies of all the former Hokage.

Faced with the choice of siding with those bent on destroying the shinobi world or those trying to save it, Sasuke chose to help save it. He proved to be a formidable ally in the defeat of Obito and was a co-recipient of the sage's power. Without Sasuke, it would be impossible to defeat Kaguya. When (if?) the shinobi world is saved, Sasuke will be one of the major factors in the victory.

In a way, I think Sasuke has already paid the price for his crimes. First, by all of the emotional manipulation and loss he endured, and then by choosing to help the alliance.

Anyway, it doesn't matter. They can't punish SASUKE UCHIHA. No way they contain him in jail, he just releases his chakra and the doors break. Execute him? Sasuke left the Village, so scary. How is that a crime? Even if he left to become Orochimaru's student he did technically "kill" him later on. Then after that he killed another "criminal" to the Leaf Village which was Itachi. That actually helped Konoha.

doesn't matter if you think it's dumb, in the narutoverse, becoming a missing nin is a serious offense punishable by death. This is mainly due to a missing nin's ability to spill secrets of its village.

Later on Sasuke joined the Akatsuki and "captured" the Eight Tails Jinchuriki, but then later on everyone found out that he didn't. So technically all Sasuke did was cause a disruption in the Cloud Village and become a member of Akatsuki who didn't do much help.

lol, so if someone fails to kidnap the president, they should be fully pardoned? Plus sasuke mindraped and killed at least one kumo ninja while he was there.

When he went to the 5 Kage Summit Meeting, the only real crime he commited was kill Danzo and threatened Team 7 that he will destroy Konoha (which again, were just words and didn't end up doing anything). Danzo wasn't such a good person since he let Pain attack the village and try to control Naruto/Kyuubi, but he was supposed to become the 6th Hokage so yeah it was kind of big. He also fought the 4 other Kage and only did damage to the 4th Raikage by burning his arm.

I'm sure there are a lot of politicians that 'aren't such good persons' that doesn't mean you can break into a government building and assasinating them. Sasuke also slaughtered many samurai while he was there. Then there's property damage.

Sasuke has done more good than bad in the latest chapters. He helped stop Edo Tensei, helped defeat Juubito, fought Sage Madara, and is currently fighting "Goddess" Kaguya. Lets not forget how he defeated Deidara, who was also a member of the Akatsuki.

It doesn't matter if you kill someone, stole their money and gave that money to orphans dieing of hunger. You've still killed someone, you still get prosecuted for murder. If you operate by that logic, anyone can commit any kind of wrong and simply let themselves off the hook by doing something they believe is 'good' in order to counterbalance their bad. A world like that would be completely messed up, you could assassinate anyone who wrongs you or pull off any crime you wanted to pull off.

Sasuke's Crimes weren't really big, and he's been taking down more enemies to the shinobi world rather than destroy it. So imo Sasuke has only commit 1 Real Crime.

A crime is a crime. Naruto doesn't get to steal stuff just because he saved the world, good works do not outweigh the bad.
