What Crimes Has Sasuke Truly Commit?

INADVERTENTLY,it was itachi who went to go stop kabuto sasuke was there because he wanted to speak to itachi and when he got there he wanted to try and kill kabuto which itachi told him was not an option
sasuke then proceeded to do nothing substantial in the fight as itahci saved the day...again


-Played a role in edo hokage joining the fight

Once again it was not his original intention to utilize their help
