Redemption:

-Killed Deidari (akatsuki member-sort of)
-Killed Itachi (akatsuki member-sort of)

-Played a role in edo hokage joining the fight
-Aided Naruto in beating juubito
-Aided Naruto in beating Madara
-Aiding Naruto in sealing/defeating Kagaya

in my opinion his attack on killer bee was the most serious, killer bee nor the cloud never did anything to for him to attack him, but i think killer bee will forget it, as for the attack on the kage confrence , it was maily do to danzo being there who is also a crimnal

He wouldn't get a trial. The orders would be to kill on sight. Then he successfully assassinates the president. By this point it doesn't even matter because he's already a dead man and a criminal for life. Of course in the Naruto world Sasuke will probably be forgiven, or killed by Naruto in some final battle.

Sasuke left the Village, so scary. How is that a crime? Even if he left to become Orochimaru's student he did technically "kill" him later on. Then after that he killed another "criminal" to the Leaf Village which was Itachi. That actually helped Konoha.

Later on Sasuke joined the Akatsuki and "captured" the Eight Tails Jinchuriki, but then later on everyone found out that he didn't. So technically all Sasuke did was cause a disruption in the Cloud Village and become a member of Akatsuki who didn't do much help.

When he went to the 5 Kage Summit Meeting, the only real crime he commited was kill Danzo and threatened Team 7 that he will destroy Konoha (which again, were just words and didn't end up doing anything). Danzo wasn't such a good person since he let Pain attack the village and try to control Naruto/Kyuubi, but he was supposed to become the 6th Hokage so yeah it was kind of big. He also fought the 4 other Kage and only did damage to the 4th Raikage by burning his arm.

Sasuke has done more good than bad in the latest chapters. He helped stop Edo Tensei, helped defeat Juubito, fought Sage Madara, and is currently fighting "Goddess" Kaguya. Lets not forget how he defeated Deidara, who was also a member of the Akatsuki.

Sasuke's Crimes weren't really big, and he's been taking down more enemies to the shinobi world rather than destroy it. So imo Sasuke has only commit 1 Real Crime.

Don't forget Danzo also killed the messenger frog that was going to warn Naruto about the imminent attack

Danzo was not Hokage though, he was GOING to be, he was just Hokage candidate, and a step in for Tsunade XD

not even gonna list his crimes, because that's already been done, but here's an analogy. go try and rob a bank, but lets say you don't succeed. do you still, go to jail if the authorities get a hold of you? the answer is yes. just because you fail to accomplish a bad thing, doesn't mean people just forget you tried to do it. just because somebody survived a murder attemp, does not mean people forget about it. sasuke is a criminal, and no matter what happens now, he has to pay for the crimes. it's simple.
