He was about 13 when he got crushed, madara lived long enough to know nagato it could of been him. I think madara created zetsu and is using obito's body I will post theory below.

Right after this he encountered Zetsu who meets this young boy with special eye powers and saves him. (also zetsu could of saved this boy, or he could of used space time, but I think turning intangible is more likely)

I belive Zetsu is some sort of creation by madara “The way I see it is that, when madara was dying he activated the rinnegan, and let’s zetsu take the rinnengan from him, along with the harashima cells, and also some of madara's own DNA. He then tells zetsu implant all of these things into a piece of zetsu body, like a big enough chunk to make a body, hence developing a second madara. That had all his memories (or possibly he could of extracted his entire brain?) and shit.

And later infused this body with obito who he found because he needed the body of an uchiha and this was he’s perfect chance because the uchiha’s were all still alive and he didn’t want to engage into combat.
Now what if zetsu before meeting obito implanted the rinnegan into an uzumaki child (nagato). So he could get the Sage Body |Sage Eyes sort of thing in order to study it abilities and then later when this uzumaki child was powerful enough revive madara in his prime.

But as this uzumaki got older and stronger zetsu knows he wouldn’t be able to guide and control this child anymore, which is why he needed an uchiha body to put madara’s dna, memories and harashima cells into. Which he later did when he lucky found this defenceless boy with special eye power.. Obito."

My theory

You're theory is possible, and would explain the loose ends. However, you're theory is actually closer to "Tobi is a Madara Zetsu clone" than "Tobi is Obito". From what I read, they just use Obito's body. Then the rest is all Madara and Zetsu, and there is no real Obito besides his body. So if I were you I would recategorize your theory into a Tobi is a Madara-Zetsu clone theory.

Regardless, there are other theories as well.

I believe the Sage's son is too old. So it shouldn't be him.

We haven't gotten ANYTHING on Kagami, including a motive, so I highly doubt it would be him.

And as for Izuna, we know he sided with his brother, which certainly shows that his motive was against the leaf. Also, it's not to hard to fake/lie about his death, to keep his identity a mystery. And why do that? So that nobody can figure out any of his powers based on the history of the Uchiha.

And the Obito theory is ridiculous unless it's the one above, which as I said is more of a Madara-Zetsu clone theory anyways.

Everyone is dismissing the idea that Tobi could be Madara simply because the real Madara is present in Edo form. There is a chance that Tobi could be a mixture of the First Hokage's cells, Madara's cells, and Zetsu. The thing is, how did Tobi come to possess Space Time ninjutsu of such high caliber? Madara hasn't shown the ability as of now.

Condescending words and dismissing other peoples' theories and opinions is not a sign of possessing an "overdeveloped" brain, sir. To this point, we can only assume who Tobi is. There are clues as to what his identity is, but for now, we cannot be 100% certain. Your straightforward view of thinking isn't helping either, for you aren't considering what other people are suggesting. Not cool man.

IZUNA THEORY:
It cant be izuna cause he loved the uchiha clan and when madara took his eyes he was still alive. Izuna still fought in battle even without his eyes and died in battle.

OBITO THEORY:
Why would Obito hate his village and his clan? Obito had NO grudges against anyone.

Actually it's more likely Izuna. We don't know ANYTHING about Kagami besides the fact that he lived during that time. There is no motive, nothing. Izuna has a motive, since we know that his was the same as Madara's, otherwise he wouldn't willingly give up his eye. Besides that, I have seen Madara-Zetsu clone theories that are also more likely than the Kagami one.
