Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.
Advantage:

  • This move is a form of sensing so if you're vision is obstructed you can located your enemy.
  • You can keep this move active for as long as you want if you have chakra to do so.

Disadvantage:

  • The tech includes the forming of the rain coulds and then the rain pouring down so it seem the move takes long to intiate.
  • Since the techinque is just a cloud it seem like it can be dispersed eaily.
Performing it:


Zhoom starts by moulding suiton chakra while weaving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake handseals causing rain to fall form the clouds above and linking it with Zhoom's senses allowing him to sense any chakra entering the rain's range.

How would I use it:


I would use it if my visison is obstructed or my opponent is camouflaging himself.

Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare → Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.

Advantage:

  • If the opponent can't counter the move the user has pretty won the figh despite it being a low ranked move.
  • You can create your own water source to use this move.

Disadvantage:

  • If you want to keep the move active one hand has to be stuck in the dmoon.
  • Since your hand is stuck in the water any lightning based move which doesn't require handseals by the opponent will more than likley hit you.
Performing it:


Zhoom starts by moulding suiton chakra ins his lungs while weaving the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare hand seals while exntending one hand out. As soon as he's done this the user will expel water out of his mouth and it will form a dome of water around the opponent.

How would I use it:


I would use the move through a clone in order to quickly incapicate a foe in CQC.

A very simple technique, and one you can use to evade some physical damage. Through manipulation of your Water based chakra, you will form your body into liquid, however, you can't attack in this form. Don't use this just like that though, as you very vulnerable in this form.

I would use it right before a person attempts a taijutsu move on me.

  • This travels underground and is simply initiated by a foot stomp making it easy to catch the opponent off guard.
  • This move only needs a foot stomp and the tiger handseal making it a good justu to use in a counter attack since you can quickly deploy this while starting another justu..

Disadvantage:

  • The move is still rather weak and is only good for blocking other weak moves.
  • If the user has knowledge of this move loses it element surprise.
Performing it:


Zhoom starts by moulding suiton chakra into his foot while weaving the tiger hand seal. As the seal is formed Zhoom stomps down on the ground release a wave of water from underwater.

How would I use it:


I would use it as an opener move to try and throw me opponent off, these types of move catch people off guard.

A simple Water technique, where you will manipulate your Water based chakra to spit from your mouth a strong Wave of Water. This can be used easily in short range, as it requires no hand seals, though honestly, its not anything special.

A pretty cool technique, where you will form those six hand seals, and manipulate your Water based chakra to materialize Water, and cause it to rise from the ground. This body of Water can be used in versatile ways, like summoning a Water based summon into it, or block attacks, or simply let it drown the opponent. The possibilities are a lot.

Another cool technique which allows you to propel yourself through a body of Water, using your Water based chakra. This also masks your presence. Imagine it like how Aquaman is shown blasting through the Water in BvS, something like that.

Form three hand seals, and manipulate your Water based chakra to form a water fall, by manipulating Water beneath the earth. This can be used for relaxation, and also to hide in. Not very useful in a battle scenario.

Disadvantage:

  • Requires you to sacrifice a clone in order to do this.
  • This move requires the clone to get near the opponent to use it which may prove difficult.
Performing it:

After summoning a water clone Zhoom manipulates it's body turning it back into water causing the clone' body to form multiple protrusions.

How would I use it:


If my clone is about to get destroyed in close quarters I would use it then to deal some damage before it goes out.

This can be used if you want to initiate a technique that can only be used in mid-air or simply to mess with the opponent as they are forming hand seals, or even create a small water source. Pretty useful if you ask me.

The body of water acts a medium to take you towards the opponent, where you will then deliver some Kenjutsu strikes.

Description: The user first kneads chakra in their mouth and then, placing their hand on their mouth expels water in the form of a whip which they use to lash their opponent, sending them flying backwards.

Advantage:

  • Doesn't need a water source.
  • The move doesn't need hand seals.
Disadvantage:

  • The move itself is formed like a regular whip meaning the are of effect isn't large making it easy to avoid.
  • This move has low damage and low range you're honestly better off using regular weapons and saving your chakra.

Performing it:

Zhoom started mould suiton chakra as he reaches for mouth pulling out a whip made from water and striking his opponent with it.

Description: The user condenses water vapour in the air above them to generate multiple projectiles of water which shoot at their target with a great amount of force and speed. The user can also shoot a barrage of small water projectiles directly from the swing of their hand.



Utilizing your Water based chakra, you will condense the water vapor in the air above you, in order to create multiple projectiles of water, which can be shot towards the opponent. Alternatively, a barrage of small water projectiles can be launched at the opponent with a swing of your hand. Pretty useful in close quarters.

Description: A technique where the user spits out a single senbon-shaped droplet of water with high velocity which is hard to avoid. Once the droplet hits anything, it forcefully bursts and hurts the target. While the technique lacks the force to seriously endanger somebody, it can be used to weaken enemies while they are distracted.



After that, and the last C rank too (finally huh), you will mold your Water based chakra in your mouth and release a senbon shaped droplet of Water, which blasts towards the opponent with great speed. It can be used as a distraction or to hit a vital spot.

  • The move itself may not instantly convert the water vapour to actual water giving the opponent ample time to react.

Performing it:



Zhoom manipulates the water in the air making the water vapour above his opponent turn back into water and he manipulates this turning them into little droplets to rain down on his opponents head.

I would use it to surprise my opponent in a stalemate situation.

    • You have to be close to your opponent to use this move.

    Zhoom starts by moulding suiton chakra and in stomach and then he expels multiple senbon shaped droplets of water at his foe.


    How would I use it:


    I would use it in extremely close quarters if my hand were occupied.

The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill as well as its power which can vary. Ninjas with a primary water specialty will be able to produce up to an S-Rank technique; ninjas with a secondary water specialty will be able to produce up to an A-Rank technique; normal water masters will produce the basic B-Rank technique. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.
Note: Requires a water source to use.



LOOK AT THOSE HAND SEALS. Form them. Then manipulate a large amount of Water into a dragon like form, which hits the opponent with great physical power, blasting them back some. If you have primary specialty, you can make an S rank one, with a single hand seal. If secondary, an A rank one can be made, and if none, only a B rank dragon can be made. All require a Water source, except if you're Tobirama.
