You and your clones are in total limited to 3 techniques per turn. That never changes. However, the way timeframe behaves does. Essentially it lets you perform two techniques simultaneously. Basically it tightens timeframe by speeding up techniques and combinations. Does that make sense?
Alright, excellent! Let's get you your first clone technique. This is the Water variation of clones. Through the application of the tiger hand seal you'll shape a water clone from a source of water to be made identical to you. Now, in this case the clone takes not only 15 chakra but also 10% of your current chakra amount. So be aware of just spamming the Water Clone. It does cost quite a bit of chakra. Other clones that don't specify it just require the initial chakra amount and the chakra for techniques the clone uses which is taken directly from you.
Anyways, this clone is capable of only remaining within short-range of you. If they leave that you lose control and they revert to normal water. And when they take damage (within elemental weaknesses and strengths) they will revert back to normal water. Now, perform this with detail (in how you create the chakra, form and shape the clone), analyze it closely, and tell me what you think it is capable of. Go beyond what the technique says as well. Be detailed. Clones are useful and have their place in battle.
(Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone
Rank: C
Range: Short
Type: Supplementary
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques and requires a water source.
Itachi goes to a nearby stream and walks on it the river by utilizing the chakra in his feet to stand on the water. He then forms the Tiger Seal and the water to his left begins to rise. The water continues to rise until it is at the same height as Itachi. Once then, the shape begins to take a more humanoid design and structure. Finally, it solidifies and the color and appearance match Itachi exactly. Feeling confident, he allows the clone to stand on its own, and then shares a look. Itachi then performs the previous technique he learned, and the clone follows suit. Itachi makes a sword out of water and at the clone makes a shield out of water. Itachi then has a quick little spar with the clone before releasing the technique and making the clone disappear.

Description: A technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like with a normal blade.

(Suiton: Junsai no Jutsu ) - Water Release: Water Shield Technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary, Defence
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will manipulate their water chakra and releasing it from their arm which is held outwards infront of them and they then create a shield of water that can aide in defence against projectile weapons and close combat techniques.
Now this is extremely useful considering how now a user can perform two techniques at once that generally would not be able to be done by himself. It also helps that the two techniques can occur simultaneously, which can help very well for combo attacks, such as combining a water jutsu with a lightning jutsu at the same time and from different directions so it would be harder to avoid. A good counter to this is simply to go to a mid range or long range distance so the clone can't go far, though this may still cause problems as the clone can still perform long range jutsu

Alright, good work. Now keep in mind the clone is made of water. This means that the clone can be used as a source of water. I'm sure that gives you some ideas. Now, an effective counter to clone users is simply use attacks that can strike both user and clone. This means the user must defend both the clone and themselves should they want the clone to survive. This pressures them more and keeps them on the defensive potentially chewing up more of their moves and making it harder for them to make these fast combinations. It all depends on how you want to go about it.
Just to clarify of course that once you use the clone in that way then it'll kill the clone. And should the clone be destroyed it just leaves water behind to be used as a water source. Getting tired lol >_>
Anyways, moving right along. This technique should seem quite familiar. By manipulating a water source within short-range of you you are capable of creating a highly pressurized rotating mass of water capable of inflicting some pretty nasty wounds on your opponent. Now, with this technique the water you manipulate isn't big. Meaning you aren't capable of striking the upper body or the head, for example. But you can easily inflict some damage on the body below the torso. Now along with your regular performance, analysis, and thoughts I want you to list some places where you could use this to hinder someone in battle. Meaning tell me where you'd strike them with this. I've told you before that detail plays a huge role in battle. Give it a try.
(Suiton: Suigandan) - Water Release: Water Fang Bullet
Rank: C

Description: A technique that deals physical damage to the enemy with a liquid mass brought forth from underwater. Its power to kill and maim is augmented by adding a spinning motion to the compactly pressured water. During fights on water, taking advantage of its characteristic ability to attack from anywhere in a 360 degrees radius, in conjunction with other techniques for distraction, confusion and so forth, this technique has an extensive array of applications.
Note: Requires a water source.
Itachi nods and begins molding his chakra. He then turns his water clone into the liquid mass that begins to rotate rapidly, which he then uses to attack a nearby tree about 5 meters away. The tree snaps from the impact and falls down (TIMBER!)

This technique is useful given that there is no need for hand seals and it still has a sizable impact for damage. An issue though is the need for a water source. If I were to counter, I'd probably have build an earth wall that lifts up to block against the attack. Now some places I could use this to hinder people in battle is to have them battle on a body of water. That way, I can strike them from behind them with out them noticing and potentially break bones in their legs to hinder later movements, effectively limiting their movements and speed.
I'm so sorry! I thought I posted this reply like yesterday! I didn't realize I never pressed the post button for some reason!

By list places to hinder them in battle I meant not a body of water but specific places on their body. Target specific muscles, joints, major arteries, etc etc.
Oh, my mistake. Okay, so I'm not all too familiar with specifics of the human anatomy, so my very basic idea of where to hit would be at the shins and knees of the opponent so that they are immobilized from the shattering of bones, thereby making them motionless and unable to move without assistance.
I'm not very aware of muscles or arteries to hit, so can you tell me some suggestions?

Alright, that's better^^. One thing that will help you out in the RP is familiarizing yourself with key muscles, arteries, vitals, etc etc in the RP. Description is at the end of the day what separates people in the RP. If you had to say between these two options which was the best what would you say:
1: "I throw a kunai at my opponent"
2: "I throw a kunai at my opponent aimed for his head"

Naturally I would say the latter as it specifies the target and won't be up for debate later in case of a disagreement. Also, it clarifies how it is a fatal blow

Exactly. You'd be surprised how many people get picky about details like that. At times it can make and break your argument in a discussion and cost you a fight. So always use just the right amount of details. Sometimes you don't want too much as it over complicates your move but too simple can be too straight forward.

Description: Using the hidden mist jutsu the user reflects the natural light an a way that it blinds there opponent temporarily as long as the opponent is in the mist.
Note: Must have already used hidden mist jutsu
Itachi first performs the previous Hidden Mist technique that he learned. After doing so, a fog envelops around him. Then, he focuses his chakra and performs the technique. When doing so, he accidentally bends the light to hit his own eyes by mistakes. (Poor Sharingan eyes lol) He then reflects the light a different way and has it shine slightly on a tree he made his target.

Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

This technique is useful given that there is no need for hand seals and it can affect Dojutsu users even more so as they rely on their eyes (generally). An issue though is the need is that a previous move must be made. Luckily, the opponent may have used the Hidden Mist Technique, so it would not waste 1 of my 3 moves to use this technique. If I were to counter, I'd probably have build an earth wall that lifts up to protect me from the sunlight. I may also simply close my eyes to prevent my sight from being damaged. Due to already being in the mist, it would be pointless to rely on sight anyways, so my eyes may as well be closed.

Keep in mind you can't freeform close your eyes to prevent this technique beforehand. I can understand if you had them closed earlier but if you close them just before this technique occurs then its against the rules. So make sure you never counter a technique with freeform.
Now the next technique should be familiar. Tobirama used it when he was an edo tensei in his fight against Hiruzen back in part 1 with Hashirama. Anyways, I'm a personal fan of this technique. Its quite useful but also a little dangerous. The technique essentially acts two fold creating a vortex defensive wall and then cascading forth in an unfocused wave upon your enemy or enemies. Now, there are certain dangers to this technique. Do the norm and then tell me what you think the dangers of this possibly are.

The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.
Itachi aims toward the trees in front of him and begins moulding his chakra. He claps his hands and suddenly, water appears around Itachi that begins to form faster and twist into a vortex like spin. He then realizes the water slightly lift him up and then race him forward into the trees, destroying the tree but also making Itachi hit the tree.

This technique is useful given that there is no need for hand seals and it can allow for quick transport since the water vortex can be used as a ride. (That's what I believe considering it said supplementary). An issue though is that if the technique was used to drive a user forward, and they were to drive forward into an opponent, the opponent may be able to counter the strike and physically damage the user. If I were to counter, I'd probably have build an earth wall that to stop the technique. If an opponent used the technique on themselves though, I would use a lightning technique to shock them while in the water.

I'd have to say the water couldn't be used to ride. First off since the water cascades forth the wave will already be ahead of you. Then, riding a wave of such size and force would be slightly difficult. Given that its a C/B-Rank wave. So I wouldn't risk trying it out that way. Although I haven't actually thought of that before. Anyways, good point on the use of a lightning technique. Indeed the user of this technique is quite vulnerable to lightning.
An earth wall will certainly work to stop the wave efficiently. But keep in mind the size of the wave relative to the earth wall of course. Now, one other major weakness is that (without any special abilities) you cannot see in this vortex. This is a complete vortex. Without the Byakugan or sensory you will be essentially blind within it.

Alright, excellent. Here's what I believe to be your first weather manipulation technique. And is essentially the basis for Rain Release - an advanced manipulation of suiton and weather. Anyways, Rain Tiger at Will is an overused and useful technique. Through a chain of hand seals you'll manipulate the clouds to darken and begin to rain. The rain is infused with your chakra and as such you gain a rudimentary form of obstruction sensory. Anything a rain drop hits you will sense. Now, with that said of course the information you gain from this is no where as advanced and intimate as regular sensory. You can't sense what element perse. Although you can make logical assumptions. Anyways, I say too much. Be detailed with this one.
(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.
