Alright. Sorry for the late reply. I went away for the weekend :T_T:.Nope, got it
No worries lol. So the next technique is a straight forward stream technique. Overall nothing very special about it. Note that apparently it can carve the earth if you use it multiply (yay old grammar in these techniques) times. So the cutting potential of this technique isn't very great. That is probably the biggest deal with this technique considering it takes time to carve even regular earth. I'll let you handle the rest!OT: So sorry, to be honest, I thought I replied two weeks ago. I didn't want to bother you because I thought you were busy, and then I checked and realized I didn't reply... So sorry bud! Also, I'm gonna switch to Jakai instead of Itachi just cause he's my new bio lol
Right away Sensei!
Jakai walks over to a river and begins to stand on the water and faces a nearby tree next to the river. He then performs the Tiger seal, then begins to mould chakra in his body and moves it down to his right leg and feet. He then begins to focus more on the chakra nature and he stomps on the water ferociously, and sends his chakra straight ahead of him towards the tree. Then, right were his chakra was sent, water rises from the river and begins to travel straight towards the tree. The water then forms into a slicing wave and cuts the tree clean across bark, and causes the tree to fall down (TIMBER!!!... again).
(Suiton: Mizu Kamikiri) - Water Release: Rising Water CutterThis technique is useful given that it only requires a single handseal to use and can be made as an effective cutting attack. An issue though is that the technique can not be directed to far away, and is limited to short or mid distance. If I were to counter, I'd use an earth wall to defend from the technique or if I was fast enough, I'd stop the user from even slamming his foot on the ground so the technique would not begin.Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: After waving the Tiger hand seal the user slams his foot to the ground, causing water to rise up and travel towards his target as a slicing jet.
Very good Jakaijakai c:Right away Sensei!
Jakai walks over to a nearby boulder and stands still. He then begins to mould chakra in his body and concentrates it in his stomach. He then begins to focus the chakra up towards his mouth. He then focuses more on the chakra nature and changes the properties to water. He then spits outwards, releasing a wave of water straight ahead of him towards the the boulder. The first wave hits the boulder and then Jakai repeats the same process, causing the water to begin carving the earth slightly.
(Suiton: Taihoudan) - Water Style: Water GunThis technique is useful given that it there are no handseals needed to use and can help to push back the opponent in case he gets near. An issue though is that the technique can not be directed to far away, and is limited to short or mid distance, also it's not very strong since it requires multiple uses to even carve into earth. If I were to counter, I'd use an earth wall to defend from the technique or attack with a fire technique of higher rank to boil the water while it was still being thrown and then use the mist that would be created after as a means of hiding.Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Descripton: A strong water wave spit from the mouth that is more compressed than Chaos Water Wave and can carve the earth if used on the same area multiply times.
Alright, nice job. Remember you can use this in combination with lightning techniques as well. Lightning and water are natural companions.Jakai excitedly smiles after hearing the next technique he was about to learn. Awesome! Let's get to it!
Jakai goes over to the center of the training grounds and takes out 3 kunai in each hand, for a total of six. Using his aim, he throws the six of them straight up into the air, waiting for the kunais to return. As they are sent in the air, Jakai begins with the series of handseals. Tiger, Dog, Monkey, Snake, Boar, and finally Tiger again. After he does, he focuses his chakra until he sees the kunai return. At the sight of their fall right back to Jakai, Jakai begins to create a wall of water that rises up and protects Jakai from the several kunai. Jakai then moves out of the way and releases the technique, causing a large amount of water to remain and the six kunai still present.
(Suiton: Seibun Hลfutsu) - Water Style: Water Heavens ConvergenceThis technique is useful given that it lets the user have variety in the purpose of the technique, and can be used both offensively and defensively. An issue though is that the technique can not be directed to far away, and is limited to short or mid distance, and the several handseals is also an issue as another opponent may be able to counter as he sees the handseals being performed. If I were to counter, I'd use a fire technique to boil the water and then create a steam of water that can be used to mask my movements (against regular eyes) and follow up with another attack.Rank: C
Type: Defensive, Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: After performing the required hand signs Tiger โ Dog โ Monkey โ Snake โ Boar โ Tiger the user makes water rise from the ground and they can use this water in various ways. They can create a body of water for a water summoning to be encased in and allow them to move around where normally no water exists, or create a body of water to block incoming attacks or surround his target and then drown them.
While you're maintaining the technique to propel yourself you can't use other techniques. I imagine what they mean by propel is push you quickly in a linear direction. That could certainly be up, down, or to any side. Or simply propel yourself forward in the water source for quick movement and evasion.Yes Sensei! Jakai says as he attempts the next technique.
Jakai then heads over to the river nearby. He focuses his chakra underneath his feet as he runs towards the lake and smoothly transitions into walking on the water without any sign of stopping, showing his improvement with his chakra control. He then stops at the center of the river and stands still and firm. Jakai then focuses his chakra underneath him and on the water below. After molding his chakra, he sends it through to the water and forces it upwards, making the water stream high into the air. Jakai calmly stands on top of the water as it rises, now standing high in the air, and looking down on the training grounds. Jakai sees his Sensei and waves to him.
(Suiton: Suichuu Teigen no Jutsu) โ Water Release: Underwater Motion TechniqueRank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: N/A
Description: This Technique allows the user to properl themselves through a body of water by using their chakra. While underwater, this technique will also partially mask the users prescence.
Note: Must be a large water source such as a lake to use.
Hi Sensei! The view isn't that great but it's definitely nice! Jakai then releases the technique slowly and begins to descend. He then lands back on the water and heads back to his sensei. As with the previous techniques, he begins to explain the technique he just learned. So there's obviously one big disadvantage, and that's the requirement for the water source. So it's quite a limited technique right there. Now it is pretty good for getting out of of an attack, since it does go as far as mid range, so that is a plus. Also, there's no handseals, so that is nice. I have a question Sensei, actually a couple. For one, can I use other techniques while I'm on top of the water? It would be difficult as I'd have to focus my chakra on the technique itself. So I'd assume I wouldn't be able to. If that were the case, then it would be a negative. My other question, by propel, does it mean it shoots me up in the air, or that it rises in the air and I stay on top of the water? Other than that, I like the technique. Now if I were to counter, I'd probably shoot a lightning attack at the person while he is on top of the water, and while I am not connected to it, to shock him like crazy.
Sorry ;_;. Good work. There are a lot of these in the water jutsu list. But don't underestimate the rank too much. It can be surprisingly useful. But yes, its very simple. Moving forward, the next technique applies water from an existing source. You create a single torrent of spiraling water that you constantly manipulate to strike an opponent at various angles.Yes Sensei! Jakai says as he attempts the next technique.
Jakai then heads over to the nearby tree. He focuses his chakra within his arms. As he does so, he then shoots out a jet of water from both of his hands straight towards the tree. The water from the jet was powerful enough to damage the tree and remove a large chunk of bark. After doing so, he looked toward his sensei.
(Suiton: Suihachi) โ Water Release: Hand of WavesRank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: the user will produce a fairly powerful jet of water from the user's hand.
It's a nice technique. It's quick and doesn't need handseals, so that's a plus. And the only problem is that it's not gonna cause a fatal blow. Regardless, it can definitely help slow down the opponent's pace. To counter, I'd consider forming an earth pillar to block the attack. Considering it's a fairly weak water tech, a low D-Rank tech can be done to cancel out the attack.
