-SM Naruto isn't physically evading Naruto's Shunshin. Hell, even reacting to it would be a dream in this case...and even if he could react, at best he'd block Naruto's hit, and if Naruto uses Shunshin along with some kind of Ninjutsu, it's GG SM Naruto since he can't tank things like Planetary Rasengan or FRS, whether it's Mini, small, normal, or large sized.

-SM Naruto has a time limit, KCM Naruto doesn't. Not like Ma and Pa would help much anyway so the time limit isn't even relevant if SM Naruto doesn't have one.

-KCM Naruto is more durable than SM Naruto.
