Yes. Sasuke won bcuz naruto didn't want to kill his best friend, naruto would've gone for sasuke's vital spot instead of his head band, so they would've killed each other. But sasuke's curse seal was damn powerful, it was able to penetrated naruto's kyuubi's cloak.

Naruto tried to claw at Sasuke but Sasuke saw it coming and jabbed him in the chest,canceling the attack and rendering Naruto unconcious but Naruto's claw got close enough to put a scratch in the forhead protector.
On topic:Even though the Flapping Chidori and Nine-tails Rasengan power strugle had no winner Sasuke ended up dealing a lethal blow to Naruto causing him to fall unconcious.Sasuke decided to let Naruto live claiming that he'd rather obtain the MS his own way instead of Itachi's,leaving Naruto to continue his journey to Otagakure.

Unfortunate for you. i disagree. before he went into 1 tailed form, sasuke was getting pummeled by naruto. sasukes bones should have been broken up

Naruto may have been able to do the same to Sasuke but the fact that he didn't means he lost. No ifs after a battle has been decided.
read the manga before you assume that others did the mistake. naruto was on his limit of drawing out fox chakra, that's why his arm goes numb before the final clash.

the seal was designed the way that naruto can slowly draw out more chakra, the stronger/older he becomes (stated by minato if i remember it right) so that naruto could get used to the fox. naruto reached his limit before the final attacks clashed.
to the forehead-protector-discussion:
if i attack a knight at the point where he is protected most, my strike bounces off of the armor and he strikes me down, i loose. stupidity is no excuse for loosing a fight.
apart from that, sasuke spared naruto's life first, his attack hits first but is stopped by himself. so even if both tried to kill each other, naruto would have been dead first.

You just contradicted yourself. You said it was a draw because Naruto let Sasuke defeat him. You just said that Sasuke defeated him and yet you're still calling it a draw
Also letting somebody defeat you still means you lost it doesn't mean it's a tie.

guys sasuke was clear winner it doesnt matter what was exactly done duting the fight who stabbed or scratched each other first
naruto was unconcious and sasuke wasnt in that bad condotion to stab a kunai into him and kill he just didnt do it cause he didnt want to do waht itachi has told him to do to gain MS

I dont think naruto wanted to kill sasuke because Itachi did talk 2 him and did give him powers to bring him back.I think Naruto just wanted to make his case by leaving a scratch on sasuke's forehead and not killing him with the sharingan Itachi gave him and the nine tail's power of course.Thus Naruto Won on all cases period!!!
its not a tie but it is not a real win for sasuke is what ppl are trying to say , i kno that naruto lost but it would not have been a different case if naruto chose to attack him fully but instead he chose to keep his promise abut scratching the headband.
