As much as I don't like Sasuke, and I really, really don't like him. I mean this is my worst character, he is the only character I dislike that Kishi has made...Anyway as much as I hate to admit it...no I don't hate to admit it. Give credit where credit is due. Sasuke won that match against Naruto..
There are no "What if's" "what this one could've done but didn't" or anything like that. The fact that Sasuke was standing conscious over Naruto, who was unconscious, means Sasuke won that match. Sasuke had room to kill as he was still conscious and moving. It doesn't matter that Naruto could have went for Sasuke's chest...he didn't. It doesn't matter if the Rasengan was stronger then chidori, Naruto's aim wasn't to kill, and just because Naruto could have done the same to Sasuke, he didn't. What Naruto could have done but didn't do, doesn't mean it was a tie, it just means Naruto didn't do what it took to win the match, even if it mean hurting/killing Sasuke. Naruto's intent wasn't to really hurt/kill and Sasuke's was. Sasuke went for it, Naruto didn't. Naruto could have but he didn't, so he lost. After a battle has ended, there are no "what ifs" or "what a character could have done but didn't" there is only "what happened" and "what a character did do" and that tells the story.
Sasuke Uchiha vs. Naruto Uzumaki at the Valley of Ends, resulted in victory for Sasuke Uchiha, because he immobilized his opponent by rendering him unconscious with his jab and was still standing with full mobility, enough to walk away or even kill his opponent. Just because neither died doesn't make it a tie either, it is who "able to still fight" over who is "unable to fight" every time.
I am a huge Naruto fan, anybody who knows me knows how much I dislike Sasuke, but I'm not a crybaby about it. Naruto lost to Sasuke and anybody who says otherwise is being very biased, and isn't using logic, nor being fair to Sasuke's character. Despite how you might feel about Sasuke (whether you hate him heavily or not) and Naruto (whether you like him or not), use reason, judgment, and logic. Be fair to the character even if you don't like him.
