you know what I am getting sick and tired of these ranks being changed because no matter what someone is going to be either dropped a rank or gain ranks. To be quite honest I think you dont except the fact that people don't even pay attention to these so why bother with making them? Its just a waste of time if you ask me.

Yes I give you credit for taking time out of your busy schedule to make this Madara. But the point of the matter is. Nobody will pay attention to these because they wont be used just like the rules that are always being made. Nobody likes them because in a fight Madara......there are no rules, just the elements and techniques you know how to use.

By adding in a few ranks the balance was thrown.
I compared it and it seems as if S Class
Used to be 1750 health. Now its 1000?
How is there such a dramatic change?!

um how come you go from ranks being 750 post apart to 1350 post....
