ulqu by feats, shunsui by hype. certainly segunda etapa ulqu > shikai shunsui. (plus, ulquiorra in r2 isnt technichally wearing clothes, so one of shunsui's games isn't going to work)

What game is that? irooni? because you dont need clothes for that to work, skin has color to and it was evidenced by shunsui calling black and stabbing starkk in his chest hole. It is just what color is high risk to the user and is on the opponent, he would do the same thing he did to sstarkk.

Specifically why I said they were both holding back and to be honest by starrk's personality, he couldn't be bothered regardless. But starrk at one point was at full power not sure what manga you've been reading and shunsui still managed to hold his own, he would've used bankai of not fir urahara

Yea stark was at full power at one point an when he was kyoraku could not even get close...he only got close when stark no longer had his wolves or guns.

Stark was serious. Shunsui was the one who couldn't get serious. His Zanpaktou was trolling him and not letting him use all their abilities until it got in the mood to fight. He would have dispatched Stark easily had he had access to all his abilities earlier.

No stark was never serious the whole time kyoraku was fighting serious an going for the kill the moment he went shikai...if he could use all his abilities from the start that would have not helped him he could not get close to stark period.

Yes, he was serious when he went Shikai but he wasn't fighting at 100% because his Zanpakto wasn't in the mood to play. He has 4 shikai abilities we know of and he was only using 2 so he was fighting with 50% his power. If he used Irooni at the start Stark would have been finished because you can't hit nothing but the color you call and he only told stark the rules so the viewers (us) would know what's going on, thats plot induced stupidity. Cifer won't know the rules of his game, thus he won't hit Shunsui and hell get chopped on half like Stark did.

Beats me man. I suppose you could justify it by saying the inside of the hole is black flesh. But it was really just for dramatic effect.

No he was referring to cutting he said you can't cut any color but the color you call if stark was us ring his guns still that ability of kyoraku would have been useless...an Cifer is not some idiot he will catch on to kyoraku ability cuz he has to call out the color which is what Cifer will start doing...an I don't remember stark being chopped in half?

Sucks how Shunsui doesn't have much to show that he's significantly superior to Ulquiorra, even he had explicit hype that says so. I'm still going with him though.

He's essentially in all black, the game is if you wear a lot of the color you take a lot of the damage. If the only color he has is black that's gonna do a lot of damage and since there's no other color I'd say it's a 1 hit k.o. how would it not be?

instant regeneration. none of ulquiorras black bits are near his vital organs, so he can just regen them back.

The clothes don't need to be near vital areas to damage them, the whole body feels the damage from an attack an even aa slight attack deals a great amount of damage if they are wearing a lot of that color.

He had a lot of white, sure but it wasn't the only color he was wearing.

First let me mention it is dependent on the amount of color on the one who called a color so therefore starkk had a lot of white, kyorakus white only dictates where he can get cut. Second it was only a small cut to kyoraku and I am sure he felt it, when Kyoraku called grey and cut starkk, starkk said he felt it cut deep enough to cut off his arm. And grey was low risk for kyoraku so it was only a small amount of damage compared to a high risk color. When starkk cut kyoraku it was a high risk cut, it probably almost killed him. Consider the size of the cut and the blood that came out and look at the considerable strain on Kyorakus face, all that sweat means he took a lot of damage. Also Kyoraku killed starkk by slicing the hollw hole, the hollow hole is clearly vital enough to kill starkk therefore ulq is the same. Also Ulqs hair is black so he could attack his head.
