Taijutsu is using your body in combat.. which is also melee... everything you mentioned about Taijutsu = using your body..
Madara can't stop that strength with his hands or feet.. rofl. That is the whole point. Sadly, apparently everything someone says to your dear Madara you take it to the heart.

Taijutsu is martial arts
weaving seals together is ninjutsu
Madara never did hand-to-hand with Tsunade.....he used Susanoo and Mokuton, which are Kekkei Genkei....not Taijutsu
Katon is ninjutsu, not taijutsu
so, bottom line is that you can't say Tsunade "defeated" Madara with Taijutsu because he wasn't using Taijutsu against her, so you can't compare......and Tsunade didn't "defeat" Madara either, so you that term wouldn't apply to any case scenario with her and Madara.
