Sure you could say Tsunade's taijutsu overwhelmed Madara but it also caught him off guard...Madara was just ****ing around with the Kages plus he is a edo so even if she hits him it wouldnt matter...

Madara being an edo toned down how hard he was going he could have just smashed them from the beginning with perfect susanoo but he wanted to **** with them...because hes Madara
