first off, Taijutsu is not just using the body.....Taijutsu is hand to hand combat as in melee, cqc, punches and kicks

And your secondary basis is using an FTG like move to appear on the battlefield and blindside Madara?

That means Minato/Tobirama would be the best Taijutsu users in the series, since they can appear on target and attack before they even notice.

Also, Tsunade enhances her abilities with 1) Chakra enhanced strength [though yes she's naturally strong], and 2) The Byakugou seal allowing her to tank moves that kill others.

In pure Taijutsu talent, Tsunade falls behind people such as Gai and Hiashi because their entirety of combat revolves souly around Taijutsu as opposed to jutsu that enhance physical abilities. Tsunade's skill doesn't revolve around outperforming people in hand to hand, but instead dodging attacks and getting the best opportunity to strike.

In my opinion, her hand to hand hasn't been shown to surpass Gai or Hiashi for sure.

And btw the only point in time i will say madara let something happen is when onoki hit him. After that he NEVER mentioned such therefore we can't assume.

No matter what Tsunade HASN'T shown much versatility with her Taijutsu, its just straight punches and kicks backed up with her super stregth, while Gai has shown different techniques and creative use of their strength and speed (Use of air friction to produce flames, use of air pressure etc) ...... Thats why he is considered above Tsunade.

Also Lee kicked Madara apart too ....
