HOw about to take several seats for one Kakashi is fast himself, as stated by Minato, Gai wasn't at full power, and Kakshi can use the gates (atlease 1), the sharrigan can also copy speed, as seen my Sasuke with Lee.

Tsunade even says hype behind her name, about being deadly in hand to hand combat, no one can stand toe to toe with her.
