It was never stated to be raiton therefore we can not determine if it would pierce domu.. and is it as strong as 2 Lightning blades? then it is not absorbinng the technique .... And in retrospect to your "Lightning only burns" The data book states that kakuzu's jutsu would pierce rock ..so it obviously does more then burn my man, And its speed is considerable so tsunade being able to do anything about it is arguable, And like i said if that does not end her .. Kakuzu's threads will
You misread and misunderstood my post

Tsunades ability to turn chakra into electricity was to show how she can Chanel a rai ton attack through her body. Kakashi only needed two raikiri because it was two bolts.. He can't stop two things(lightning bolts) with only one[hand]. Tsunade will just get lightning burns and heal.

The rock point is irrelevant. Lightning splits and burns trees. It splits rocks. It splits the earth. But, to my knowledge at least, not humans. I've never heard someone being split in two by lightning that's because, unlike all those other things, we have electricity in hour body. Our nervous system and brain sends electrical pulses. People, unlike trees, survive lightning strikes because the lightning is directed(by our electricity) to from the head/where we're hit to the ground. I'd Google it and send you links but I'm on my phone ATM.

You don't need to take my word for it though.

Tl;Dr; kakuzu hits tsunade with his rai ton. She suffers massive physical, tissue, and nervous damage. Byakugo heals it. She survives. It'd only kill her if she couldn't mitosis all damage back.

As to your point about evaporating katsuya or w.e. just think of it like this. Kakuzu is trying to evaporate a lake with a flamethrower. His attacks are big, but not katsuya(full form) big. Shed tank it. It's speculation to say shed even suffer since she's been shown to tank massive same(st). Same damage that killed bunta.

I'm not saying kakuzu cant win. But, unless someone can actually convince me otherwise, I don't see it happening while byakugo is up.

IMO tsunade wins. Kakuzu's only shot is to outlast byakugo. But, that's my opinion. For now, I'll sit here refuting the scientific claims lol

Except a flamethrower is different to Fire+wind Which would indeed evaporate a lake ..:| So its evaporating part of katsuyu as well .. and untill she has shown to regenerate from evaporation .. shes dead no coming back ...So then kakuzu makes two lightning bolts to shoot at tsunade .. therefore forcing her to use 2 which she has never shown to do .. although your fact about her absorbing lighting is highly unlikely because again .. her technique is not at the same strength as kakashi's lightning blade .. because the "raiton" if we can even call it that is that she has shown is A-Rank .. Kakashi's is S rank .. so no she can not absorb it, so it rips through her hand and her body ... which may not kill her because of byakugo .. although he could speed blitz it before she even has the chance to release the seal... Seeing as it is a fast attack, And even if she has it while shes healing Kakuzu removes her heart with threads .. which She can not heal from mitosis i do belive, because that would mean re-incarnation which is totally different from healing and tanking.

And even if Kakuzu had too outlast tsunade he could do it with ease, Tsunade is not ever touching Kakuzu...EVER, so the only problem would be his stamina .. which was shown to be great seeing as he took on 7 shinobi at the same time all while maintaining a Kinjutsu..

Please Tsunade loses here mid diff ... And is there proof that she can regenerate from a katon so fierce it evaporates a mass of water with ease?

Really? No one is gonna carry out this discussion? what a waste.

This is like the 10th thread of this match up there really isn't much to say anymore. Everything was put unto the table.

-Tsunade-arguers use baseless medical jutsu (that changes the her hand into electricity) to support their claims
-Tsunade and Katsyu "tanks everything" Kakuzu has due to her fight with Madara. Since Tsunade tank x,y,z from Madara she can tank kakuzu's feats

It becomes a circular argument that never ends

NegativeKnight + Zexion + Dr. Proof VS Tazilla + Chatte + Slug Princess Tsunade would be a nice debate to see right Tim?

I'm on the same boat as you. The fight could go either way really.

Your are overrating Kakuzu/ underrating Tsunade.

If the new summon isn't Katsuyu, it means Tsunade has two immortal slugs on her side. If this is true, this is a stomp fight. One of the slugs can protect Tsunade when Kakuzu attacks, the other can go on offensive.

I wonder if there ever was a time when people did these threads that all it took was manga scans to prove a point.

Not a dissertation on a character's ninjutsu when power levels of said ninjutsu clearly have been shown to fluctuate widely in Naruto.

People are really overrating her resilience. People who argue for her doesn't even understand the definition of "Tanking".

To tank an attack it means to take it without any substantial damage to ones body, thus not needing for healing, regeneration or any other sort of after damage aid.Examples of that are the Saindaime Raikage, who out right ate a full round of rasenshuriken and stood after it with 0 wounds. Thus meaning he tanked it,and needed no after damage regeneration such has the edo recovery.

To understand the difference between those 2 and Tsunade, you can place her in their situation and see if she doesn't die, without her regeneration techniques

To recover from an attack it means that you actually sustained noteworthy damage to the point of needing a tool to get back in shape to further fight. Basically Tsunade ins't resilient because she can tank hits, she is because she can regenerate nigh instantly

So if you put in scenario's of her taking Kakuzu's large scale attacks (Which will cover her whole body) it is clear that she not survive that long from them since he cannot created new organs.

To be fair, we've only ever seen her get hit by physical attacks.

However, considering how fast she regenerates (she went around during the fight with Madara's clones with two swords sticking out of her and still beat them), I'd still say she has an excellent chance of surviving any elemental attacks he throws at her (simply because speed of her regeneration allows her to create new cells as fast as she loses them).

Madara's 5 Katon head was an elemental attack.

You might forgot Madara's fireball. She knock them out the way. Then look at her arm recovering from them. Image what a flame thrower would do to her body. Now image fused with Wind-Style's pressure/boost on top of that. That is too much to "easily" recover from.

If you notice closes all those attacks she took from Madara was catching up with her body.

Kakuzu's elements will put her MORE into this situation

Madara's 5 Katon head was an elemental attack.

That only hit her arms....which was kinda funny how she batted them away. But I suppose since she can do that with only her arms, the rest of her body shouldn't have any problems.

EDIT: in response to EjBlack:

I can imagine. I imagine her healing back from it in record time.

But that would be an argument if Kakzu has stronger ninjutsu than Madara. Which I will not want to argue because you probably won't hear back from me in the next two weeks.

Well they hit her arms, and she regenerated the injures in less than 1 second, considering the fact the Byakugou dissapeared when she was in the air.

Fire Release it self healed back in recorded time and that was a fireball. I don't see her doing it in recorded time with Madara's Flamethower (Not in a form of a ball to swipe away). Nor wouldn't it be reasonable to say that with Kakuzu's Flamethower/Wind Release boost.

Then we have Kakuzu's lightening Release, which is wider then Madara's Sussanoo sword, that can split her in half.

I dont think his lightning can be used to bisect.. its more of a piercing jutsu, however if it pierced the heart or the head .. its GG .. not to mention the threads are piercing as well

If what you say is true. Then Tsunade still stands a good chance though. The fire aftermath will still be to hot for Kakzu to enter the blast zone safely and the few seconds it takes is all Tsunade needs to be mobile. Charred skin but mobile enough to leap away from any attack Kakazu tries to throw at her next.

Besides, it's not like she's going to just sit there. And Kakazu probably won't want to risk a heart to just tie her down (and she's shown enough raw strength to be able to rip her way out of Kakazu's tendrils easily).

Last time I checked, Kakazu's lightning release was not the cutting type like Sauske's lightning release. More of the blasting type. (please correct me if I'm wrong though)

That sort of power won't harm Tsunade as much as you think it will. Intense Electro-therapy for Tsunade will make her stumble, but her healing jutsu will ultimately protect her.

Fail.
Orochimaru pierced Tsunade's heart with the Kusanagi, yet she survived it without using regeneration.

That isn't her heart. The heart isn't located in the middle of a person's chest. If the Sword of Kusanagi was a few more inches to the left then that would have been her heart. Hence why when we pledge we put our right hand to our left pectoral. Ultimately killing her.

I still find it high-unlikely that Tsunade completely countered an incision such as that.
